Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting incident transpired at Barangay Pisa
Puti Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:0OPM of November 11, 2016,wherein
the victim identified as Marcos Langgal y Calon, 40 yr. old, married, active
member of CAFGU assigned at 13SF COY, PA and a resident of Sitio Balunkan, Barangay
Kawit-kawit, Sibuco, was shot to death by unidentified suspect/s. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, at about 11:00AM
of same date, the victim went to Sirawai MPS to secure latest Spot Reports for
AFP consumption. After which, the victim proceeded to Oil Mill of Sirawai, and
have lunch with his friends and afterwards, leaved the area on board his
motorcycle and while travelling along the highway towards Barangay Piacan,
Sirawai, he was shot by the unidentified suspect/s. Victim sustained multiple gunshot
wounds on his body and was brought to Sirawai Rural Health Unit but was
pronounced dead by the attending physician. Further investigation revealed that
the suspect/s carted the cal .45 pistols, wallet and cell phone of the victim.
Recovered at the crime scene were two (2) empty shells for Cal .45.4. Sirawai
MPS are now conducting follow-up operation/investigation for the identity and
possible arrest of the suspect.

SINDANGAN - Personnel of Sindangan MPS led by
PCI ROLANDO H BARRAQUIO-OIC conducted manhunt operation at Poblacion,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:50 AM of November 11, 2016 and
successfully arrested one Margarita Montemayor Silverio, 73 years old, female,
married, and a resident of Bgry. Lapero, Sindangan. Subject was arrested by
virtue of WOA issued by Judge Chad Martin Paler of MCTC, 9th Judicial Region,
Dipolog City for the crime Perjury, docketed under CC no. A-48792, dated August
22, 2016 with bail bond amounting to ₱6,000.00 for her temporary liberty. Arrested
wanted person was brought and detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
