SERGIO OSMEÑA - Be
informed that at about 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of November 16, 2016, PNP
elements of Sergio Osmeña MPS led by SPO2 Eliezer Obordo Lacay conducted
manhunt operation at Barangay San Juan, Sergio Osmena, ZN and successfully
arrested one Gideon Pagasi-an 42, years old, married and a resident of Barangay
San Juan, Sergio Osmeña, ZN. Subject person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Br 7, Dipolog City for the crime of “violation of section 10 (a) of R.A
7610”, docketed in CC no. 18513 with bail recommended amounting to ₱ 80,000.00;
and by Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge
Alnaiza T. Hassiman of 5th MCTC Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña, 9th
Judicial Region, Katipunan, ZN for the crime of “Adultery” docketed in Criminal
Case no. 008-13 (SO) with bail recommended amounting to ₱ 12,000.00. Arrested
person was brought and detained at Sergio Osmeña MPS detention cell for proper

Spot Report on Stabbing Incident
MUTIA - Be
informed that at about 7:45 o’clock in the evening of November 16, 2016, a
stabbing incident transpired at Brgy Alvenda, Mutia, ZN wherein the victim
identified as one RUBEN Mandao y Magsuete, 52 years old, married, farmer and
the suspect identified as Nilo Tumagna y Gandamon, 51 years old, married,
farmer, both residents of said place. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that at about 7:30 o’clock in the evening of same date, the victim and the
suspect were having a drinking spree at the videoke haus owned by Mrs Arlene
Paalisbo. Later on, the duo was engaged in a heated altercation while under the
influence of intoxicated liquor, but was pacified by Victorio C Luminding, Brgy
Tanod of said brgy and advised them to go home. That at about 7:45 o’clock in
the evening of same date, both of them unexpectedly meet at the another store
owned by Mrs Mira Lata and having a fistfight and further the suspect stabbed
the victim thrice hitting at his stomach, right breast and his back using a
hunting knife measuring six (6) inches long. Victim was brought to Piñan
District Hospital for immediate medical attention while the suspect was
successfully arrested through hot pursuit operation by the responding team at
said place at about 8:10 o’clock in the evening of same date. The suspect was
detained at Mutia MPS detention cell for proper disposition. For information.
