Spot Report on Stabbing Incident

MUTIA - Be informed that at about 8:11 o’clock in the evening of April 02,2017Alex Lagroma Barangay Chairman of Brgy. Tubac, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte, 30 years old Married legal age, personally  reported to Mutia MPS that  Stabbing incident transpired at said Barangay . Immediately,  PNP elements of Mutia MPS led by PI JEFFERSON P. ARELLANO-OIC along with SPO4 Amando Q.Sumondong,SPO2  Joey Villagantol,PO3 Member A. Barrios,PO3 MarwinCimafranca,PO2 Dino Agustin Delos Santos,and PO2 RicluAcbayan, proceed to area to verify the said report. Initial Investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that at about 7:30 o’clock in the evening of April 02, 2017, victim identified as ALBERTO YBANES ROMA,43 years old,male, married and a resident of Barangay New Siquihor, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte was stabbed by  ROGER MAGAMAY,a resident of BrgyTubac, Mutia ZN  who was escaped after the incident. Investigation further revealed that prior to the incident victim and suspect were having a heated argument that resulted to the said incident. Victim was brought to DipologMedical Center, Dipolog City for treatment. Mutia MPS now conducting hot pursuit operation for possible arrest of the suspect. For information.

Report on Arrest of Qualified Theft

LILOY - Be informed that at about 5:35 o’clock in the afternoon of April 1, 2017, Liloy MPS received a report from a concerned citizen that the Gemilina tree located at the parcel of land of Barangay Punta, Liloy, ZN owned by SPO2 Romeo Abil, was cut by a certain JERRY ABSIN and ROMEO PAGADORboth resident of said place. Immediately, at about 5:40 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, elements of Liloy MPS led by SPO2 Romeo Abil, proceeded at said place and caught in the act the above-mentioned persons on their illegal activities. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that it was MR. FELIX SANCHEZ GONZALES, male, widower, 76 years old, resident of same place who give instruction to the above persons with payment to cut the said Gemilina tree. Immediately, the team arrested the tree persons to include Felix Sanchez Gonzales and was immediately brought to Liloy IntegratedHealth District Hospital for medical exam and subsequently brought to Liloy MPS to include one (1) unit chainsaw for proper documentation. Further, at about 7:00o’clock in the evening of same date after a thorough investigation, the two (2) operators were released while Felix Gonzales was temporarily detained at said police station for proper disposition. Project Double Barrel

SIOCON - The Drug Enforcement Team of Siocon MPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:30 PM of April 2, 2017 against Benhar Ontong Salahuddin, 27 years old, single, a resident of Barangay S. Arabi, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person sensed that he is transacting to a police officer evade arrest. Recovered from the scene was one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu. Siocon MPS is preparing a case against the suspect through regular filing.

LILOY - The Drug Enforcement Team of Liloy MPS conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:45 PM of April 2, 2017and arrested of Hiezhar Diolagla Unsang, 49 years old, married a  resident of the above-mentioned place . recovered from his possession and control were: one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu as buy-bust item, one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu for possession and three (3) pieces of one hundred (₱100.00) peso bill bearing serial numbers cw628901, qz922147 and us710984 as marked money. Subject person and the confiscated items were brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.

Report on Illegal Fishing

LEON POSTIGO - Be informed that at about 8:35 o’clock in the evening of March 30, 2017 Leon Postigo MPS conducted seaborne patrol at Leon Postigo sea waters together with the municipal fish warden Mr. Ricardo Mahinay purposely to implement R.A. 8550 and Municipal Fishery Ordinance. At around 11:00 o’clock in the evening of same date team returned station and brought the living body of two persons namely; RONIE TIMTIM y COSINO, 37 years old, male, married, Fisherman a resident of Poblacion, Leon B Postigo, ZN and EMILIANO ODIK y ICAO, who were engaged in Fishing without Permitalong the Municipal sea water of brgyManil. After proper documentation, arrested persons were later released after they promised to pay the corresponding penalties, while their Fishing paraphernalia were confiscated and placed under custody of the Municipal Fish Warden of Leon Postigo – LGU. Report on Illegal Logging

POLANCO - Be informed that on April 1, 2017 at 6:30 o’clock in the morning personnel of Polanco MPS and Provincial Environment Management Office (PEMO) headed by Eric B. Tabudlong together with SPO2 Francisco LimitarezMansinades-team leader assigned in Barangay Obay Police Outpost  intercepted one unit Isuzu forward bearing plate No.MBJ-794 driven by Jerry Villar loaded with 125 flitches  of  Gemilina in different dimension: 39 pieces 2x4x14, 32 pieces 2x5x14, 23 pieces 2x6x14, 12 pieces 2x7x14, 15 pieces 2x8x14 and 2x9x14 owned by Richard Villar, incumbent Barangay Chairman of Barangay Lingasad, Polanco, ZN. Said truck was intercepted at the National Highway of Barangay Obay, Polanco, ZN failed to present pertinent document to the apprehending personnel. One unit Isuzu truck with 125 flitches of gemilina was entrusted by the PEMO personnel at Polanco MPS for proper disposition. For information.

Spot Report Re Shooting Incident

SIRAWAI - Be informed that at about 10:30 o’clock in the morning of April 1, 2017, Hon. Sakkil Sama reported to Sirawai MPS on a shooting incident transpired at Barangay Motong this municipality and immediately elements of said police station led by SPO4 Tama A. Alipada together with 42nd IB PA led by 2Lt Pacifico A. Brabante respondedthe report. Initial Investigation conducted by Sirawai MPS disclosed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of April 01, 2017 at the boundary of Brgy. Culasian and Brgy. Motong, Sirawai, ZDN, that the hauler truck own by Sirawai Plywood and Lumber Corporation (DACON Company) with company property number 410 driven by Joffrey Tabo-Tabo, 26 years old, married and resident of brgy. San Vicente, Sirawai, ZDN together with one (1) warehouseman and one (1) SCAA as security escort on board on said truck from Sitio, Patong, BrgySipawa going to their main plant located at the brgy San Nicolas of same municipality and upon reaching at brgyMotong, more or less 4 unidentified suspect fired on them using M14 and M16 rifles based on recovered cartridges, wherein the security escort identified as Daniel Pondusan, SCAA member, 27 years old, single, resident of  Brgy San Nicolas, Sirawai, ZDN sustained multiple GSW on the differentparts of his body and was immediately brought to Sirawai RHU for medical treatment but was declared dead on arrival by his attending physician. Recovered at the crime scene: Five (5) fired cartridges of M16 and two (2) fired cartridges of M14 which are deposited at Sirawai MPS for exhibit. Arrest of Wanted Person 

KATIPUNAN - Be informed that at about 3:15 o’clock in the afternoon of April 01, 2017  at Brgy Dos, Katipunan, ZN, elements of Katipunan MPS led by SPOI Bernie C Asentista, together with personnel from CIDG Zambo Norte led by PCI SAMSON B PASCUAL, arrested one RACHEL TARHATA ELOPRE REGANON, 44 years old, Filipino, Married and a resident of said place who is charged for violation of “ART. 171” (Falsification) of the Revised Penal Code docketed in Criminal Case No.: 21269 with bail bond recommended in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for her temporary liberty pursuant to the Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Victoriano DL Lacaya Jr, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City Dated March 24, 2017. Report on the Arrested of Wanted Person 

SIBUTAD - Be informed that at about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of April 01, 2017 at Purok 5, Brgy. Calube, Sibutad, ZDN, elements of Sibutad MPS led by PSI JEFERSON LAO BALINDAN arrestedone JERRY MENSURADO y CHAVEZ Alias “Burgos”, 47 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy. Bacungayangan, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental and temporarily residing at Purok 5, Brgy Calube, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte. Subject was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for “MURDER”with Criminal Case No.07-4377, issued by Judge Henry D. Arles, Presiding Judge of Branch 61, Kabangkalan City, Negros Occidental dated July 13, 2007 with no bail bond recommended. Arrest of Theft suspect

GUTALAC - Be informed that about 4:08 o’clock in the afternoon of April 1, 2017, PO2 Dennis Tendero Berjame of Gutalac MPS received a phone call from Edgelita Talebenio y Tingob resident of BrgySas, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte that certain Avelino Tingobstole a dried copra owned by one JulitaGalleposo and accordingly said person is bringing an unknown firearm heading towards Gutalac proper. Acting on that report, Team from Gutalac MPS led by SPO4 Abner JabaneSilaga conducted spot checkpoint at Brgy San Isidro Gutalac, ZDN at about 4:40 o’clock in the afternoon ofsame date arrested the suspect identified as one AVELINO TINGOB y HERGEN, 51 years old, married and resident of BrgyPalalian, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte and confiscated from his possession: one (1) pc bolo with scabbard; one (1) pc double blade hunting knife with scabbard; and one (1) sack of dried coconut allegedly stolen from the coconut plantation owned by JulitaGalleposo. The suspect was brought at said police station and was positively identified by JulitaGalleposo who took their dried copra. Simultaneous Campaign Against Illegal Drugs and arrest of HVT Level 1

DAPITAN CITY - Be informed that on April 1, 2017 at about 8:50 o’clock in the evening, the City Drug Enforcement Team of Dapitan CPS led by SPO4 Jose Renault Tan together with ZNPDEA led by Agent Beau Ortizuela, conducted joint buy-bust operation at BrgyTaguilon, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of one EDBERT CORONEL y BALANAY, 29 years old, single, a resident of BrgyBagtingDapitanCity and listed as High Value Target (HVT) Level 1, under COPLAN “Dalandan” No. DAPCPS-0301-01-17 dated March 1, 2017. Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were the following: One (1) big open-end transparent plastic sachet containing four (4) pcs heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one (1) pc heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet wrapped in a small piece of paper, containing white crystalline granules believed to be “Shabu”, bought during buy-bust operation; one (1) pc Five hundred peso bill used as buy-bust money with SN Nr B2458759; One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Pesos (P1, 570.00) as proceeds money in different denomination; and one (1) unit Yamaha Motorcyle with key, bearing Plate Nr JA 32635.Inventory and markings of confiscated items was witnessed by Hon Rene D Galleposo Jr-Brgy Chairman of BrgyTaguilon, and Ms Erna Baradillo-Media representative. SALUG - Be informed that at about 10:30 o’clock in the evening  of April 2, 2017,at Poblacion West, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte particularly at the Municipal Public Market elements of Salug MPS led by PCI VEDASTO J DASMARIÑAS III along with  SPO4 Dante B. Tabotabo, SPO1 Ricky O. Acas, PO3 Oscias P. Gomez, PO3 Roseller I. Buzon, PO3 Arniel T. Salazar, PO3 Harley June B. Mejorada, PO2 Rolly U Mangan, PO2 Nicanor L. Cañete, PO2 Jarel H. Autida, PO2 Mary Jane G. Estoconing and  PO1 Joremy T. Tabacolde in coordination with PDEA conducted a Drug Buy-Bust Operation resulted to the arrest of one JUMEL INGOD y ANSING, 32 years old, Filipino, Male, Single and resident of BrgyPobalcion West, Salug ZN.Recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were: a) One (1) pc heat sealed  transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules marked with JAI-1-4-2-17as Drug Buy-Bust Evidence;b) one (1) pc 200 peso bill with serial numbers BJ 393079, 2 pcs 100 peso bill with serial numbers XE 178582 and LV 440234, 2 pcs 50 peso bill with serial numbers 56036426 and HM 397415 marked as  BB-JAI-2-4-2-17 as buy-bust money;c) Two (2)  pcs  heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules  marked with BB-JAI-3-4-2-17;d) Three (3)  thousand three (3) hundred seventy pesos cash money in different denomination markedwith BB-JAI-4-2-17;e) One (1) wallet color black marked with BB-JAI-5-4-2-17;f) One (1) pc disposable lighter color green marked with BB-JAI-6-4-2-17;g) One (1) Pack Hope cigarette containing five (5) sticks marked with BB-JAI-7-4-2-17; and h) One (1) unit tricycle with temporary plate number MC 090105 color blue and red combination marked with BB-JAI-8-4-2-17.
