Stabbing Incident

DAPITAN CITY - Stabbing incident transpired at Sunset Boulevard, Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:10 PM April 16, 2017, wherein the victims identified as Hernan Casalda Bagsican, 34 years old, male, married and Alfie Mesario Nareta, 24 years old, male, single, both residents of Brgy Dos, Katipunan. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident; victims together with their relatives were having beach party celebrating the Easter Sunday. they were harassed the group of Christian Loyd Denoy Marindoque, 20 years old, male, single and a resident of Lawa-An, Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City, and Kent Chester Rudas Carreon, 24 years old, male, single and a resident of Me Retiro St.Banonong, Dapitan City, and stabbed the victims, Herman sustained stabbed wounds on his left back shoulder while Alfie was also stabbed by the other suspect and sustained stabbed wound on the back portion of his body and were rushed to Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital for medication. Suspect Kent Chester was arrested by the responding PNP of Dapitan CPS while other suspect was able to evade arrest. Personnel of Dapitan CPS are now conducting follow-up operation for possible arrest of the other suspect.

Spot Report Stabbing Incident

DIPOLOG CITY - Be informed that about 5:00 o’clock in the morning of April 17, 2017, a radio call was received by the duty desk Officer of Dipolog CPS that a stabbing incident transpired at Purok De Oro, BrgyOlingan, Dipolog City wherein the victim identified as JORJEN LAGOD y BOLADO, 32 years old, single and a resident of above-mentioned place was stabbed at the back twice by a certain JOSE ABITONA y LAGOD, 38 years old, married and a resident of Purok De Oro, Brgy Olingan, Dipolog City. Acted on the said report, Alert Team proceeded to ZaNorte Hospital to conducted initial investigation and disclosed that the victim was attending the lament of the mother of the suspect, and at around 4:00 o’clock in the morning of same date, he went out to urinate, he encountered Jose Abitona holding a knife having confrontation with a young person. He tried to pacified them but without apparent reasons Jose attacked him but he was able to block the attack. Victim ran to avoid the suspect but he was chased by him and stabbed him at the back twice. On the other side, while the other team went to the hospital to conduct initial investigation, the other personnel and the SWAT team of Dipolog CPS conducted hot pursuit operation, wherein suspect was arrested inside their house. Spot Report on Shooting Incident

LABASON - Be informed that at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening of April 17, 2017 Labason MPS received a cellphone call from a concern citizen that there was a shooting incident transpired at Brgy. Lawagan, Labason, ZN. Acted on the said report, Alert Team of Labason MPS proceeded to the area of incident to verify the veracity of the report. Upon the arrival of the responding team, victim was already brought to Labason District Hospital for immediate medical treatment. Victim, FRANCISCO MACAAMBAC JR, 28 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of said place was shot twice by ALFONSO SANDIGO, 43 years old, married, farmer by occupation, and also a resident of said place, hitting on his chest using caliber .45 pistol, based on the fire cartridge that was recovered from the crime scene. Arrest of Wanted Person

GODOD - Be informed that at about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon of April 17, 2017, PNP personnel of Godod MPS coordinated to PNP personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS purposely to take effect of the arrest of DANTE CAGUINDANGAN y FAMOR, 48 years old,Filipino, married, fisherman/chainsaw operator, formerly resident of Raba, Godod, ZN, presently residing at Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, ZN. At about 5:30 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, at Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, accused Dante Caguindangany Famor, was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued on February 13, 2017 by the Presiding Judge, Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong of Regional Trial Court Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, for the crime of “RAPE”docketed in Criminal Case Number L-003056, with no Bail recommended.
