Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN - Operatives
of Katipunan MPS led by SPO1 Fernando Gumolon, Jr., arrested Norberto Calisas
Baoy, 44 years old, married, a resident of Purok Saging, Barangay Luyoran,
Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Suspect was arrested for the crime of direct
assault docketed under criminal case number 012-17(k) with recommended
bail-bond of twelve thousand (₱12,000.00) pesos issued by Hon. Alnaiza T.
Hassiman-Jamud, Presiding Judge Of 5th
MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña Sr, Zamboanga Del Norte,
dated march 20, 2017. He was arrested at Barangay Uno, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 10:00 AM of April 4, 2017 and presently detained at Katipunan
MPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Elements
of Sibutad MPS led by Psinsp Jefferson L Balindan, in cooperation with
sinacaban mps, misamis occidental, pro 10 proceeded to Purok 2 Mangga, Barangay
Libertad Bajo, Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental at about 2:00 PM of April 3, 2017.
Arrested was Jerson Necesario Abao, 30 years old, single, a resident of the
above-mentioned place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the
crime of murder docketed under criminal case number 13531 and violation of RA 6539
anti-carnapping law docketed under criminal case number 19532 with no bail-bond
recommended issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas, Presiding Judge Of
Branch 10, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte dated march
16, 2015. Subject person is temporarily detained at Sibutad MPS for proper
disposition.

SERGIO OSMEÑA - Elements
of Sergio Osmena MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Nazareth, Sergio
Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:00 AM of April 4, 2017. This resulted
in the arrest of Arcelito Gunday Tambula, 39 years old, married, Victor Gunday
Tambula, 43 years old, married and Dimas Berino Tambula, 41 years old, married,
all residents of the above-mentioned place. Subject persons were arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder issued by Hon. Victoriano
Dl. Lacaya Jr., Presiding Judge Of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog
City, Zamboanga Del Norte Dated March 3, 2017 docketed under criminal case
number 21467 with no bail-bond recommended. The accused are temporarily
detained at Sergio Osmena MPS for proper disposition.

SIAYAN - Elements of Siayan
MPS led by Pinsp Dominador M Dalion conducted police operation at Sitio
Kandiis, Barangay Sayaw, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:00 PM of April
4, 2017. This led to the arrest of Ignacio Artajo Penaso Jr., 60 years old,
single, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Punta Sulong, Baliangao, Misamis
Occidental. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the
crime of rape issued by Hon. Roy P. Murallon Presiding Judge, RTC 10 Branch 36,
Calamba, Misamis Occidental docketed under criminal case number 1471, dated February
15, 2017 with no bail-bond recommended. Subject person is temporarily detained
at Siayan MPS for proper disposition.

POLANCO - Combined elements
of Sergio Osmeña MPS and Polanco MPS led by Pcinsp Romar Victoriano Alfanta Lim,
conducted manhunt operation at Barangay San Pedro, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 5:00 PM of April 4, 2017 and arrested Juleven Tambula Ances, 27 years
old, single, a resident of the above-mentioned place. Suspect was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of murder issued by Hon. Victoriano
Dl. Lacaya Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog
City, Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under criminal case number 21467 dated Marche
3, 2017 with no bail-bond recommended. The accused is temporarily detained at Sergio
Osmena MPS for proper disposition.
Project Double Barrel
LEON POSTIGO - Elements
of Leon B. Postigo MPS led by PCINSP Roldan C Molate, conducted drug buy-bust
operation at Barangay Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
3:20 PM of April 4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Larry Avila Niñeza Jr.,
31 years old, married, a resident of Barangay Delusom, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga
Del Norte. Confiscated from his possession and control were: one (1) piece
small transparent heat-sealed sachet containing shabu as buy-bust item, six (6)
pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu for
possession and two (2) pieces one hundred (₱100.00) peso bill with serial
numbers fx564436 and fx982508 as buy-bust money. Subject person and the confiscated items were
brought to Leon B. Postigo MPS for proper disposition.
