KATIPUNAN - Elements of
Katipunan MPS led by Spo1 Fernando S Gomolon Jr. conducted drug buy-bust
operation at Barangay Uno, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 PM of April 9, 2017. This resulted
in the arrest of Saturn Baybayan Tabiliran, 42 years old, single, a resident of
the above-mentioned place and listed top 4 under drug watch list personality of
Katipunan MPS. Confiscated from his possession and control was one (1)
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of shabu as buy-bust item. However,
while in the actual conduct of the arrest, the suspect was handcuffed and
restrained by the arresting officers. When it was about to cordon the area, a
certain Raquel Estorco, of legal age, a resident of the same place, suddenly
came together with other unidentified male persons, aggressively charged and
attacked the arresting officers by employing unreasonable force that inflicted
injuries on the different parts of their bodies. During the commotion, Raquel
Estorco forcibly get her way in and intentionally took the cellular phone, some
plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline granules of shabu and five hundred (₱500.00) peso bill as buy-bust
money from the pocket of the suspect. Immediately, Raquel Estorco ran towards
the back portion of the suspect’s house and intentionally disposed the items
and hiding it away from the operatives. Despite
of all the efforts of the arresting officers to locate the wiped-out evidence,
that leads them to no avail. Saturn Tabiliran and Raquel Estorco were brought
to Katipunan MPS to continue the body search away from the imminent danger
employed by citizens thereat. both suspects were temporarily detained at Katipunan
MPS for proper disposition. the buy-bust evidence were properly marked in the
presence of the witnesses and later turned-over to PNP Crime Laboratory Office located
at Barangay Minaog, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte for proper disposition.
KATIPUNAN - Be informed that at about 1:45o’clock in the afternoon of
April 10, 2017 at Brgy. Uno Katipunan MPS elements of Katipunan MPS composed

Tindugan successfully arrested one DEXON ERAT, 28 years old, Married, resident
of Barangay Luyoran, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Hon. Alnaiza T Hassiman, Presiding Judge of 5th MCTC
Katipunan–Sergio Osmena Sr, 9th Judicial Region, Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte
for the crime of “DIRECT ASSAULT” docketed in Criminal Case number 012-17(k) with recommended
bailbond of Twelve Thousand pesos (12,000.00). Arrested suspect now detained at
said Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. For information.
