Shooting Incident
SIRAWAI - Shooting
incident occurred at Barangay Bitugan, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
9:30 AM of April 11, 2017. Sirawai MPS identified the victim as Elver Timod
Manogot, 38 year old, married, farmer and a resident of said place.
Investigation showed that the victim was on his way home when the three (3)
unidentified suspects shot the victim hitting on his right leg, left leg and
right abdomen. Suspect fled to unknown direction. Victim was brought by the
concern citizen to Sirawai Rural Health Center then forwarded to Zamboanga City
Medical Center for medication. PNP elements of Sirawai MPS conducted follow up
investigation to determine the motive and for possible arrest of the suspect. Investigator-on-case

LILOY
- Be informed that at about 5:38 o’clock in the afternoon of April 11, 2017,
Liloy MPS received a cellphone call from a concerned citizen informing that
there was a vehicular accident, transpired at the National highway of Brgy.
Banigan, Liloy, ZN. Acted on the said report, Alert team of Liloy MPS proceeded
to the reported place of incident to verify the veracity of the report. Upon
arrival of theresponding team at the place of incident, they found out two (2) vehicles were involved in the said
incident; Veh-1 Isuzu Truck Elf with canopy, plate no. JDG 536, engine no.
4HF1-174131, chassis no. NPR66L-7401222, registered in the name of Frane Oliver
Lim of Rizal Avenue, Dipolog City and was driven by JEREMIAS LUMIDO DELOS REYES,
male, 36years old, Filipino, resident of Purok Rosal, Gulayon, Dipolog City
with driver’s license no. J01-02038291; Veh-2 red and white combination Rusi
Motorcycle, no plate attach, driven by JESUS AYHAG YABO, male, 47years old,
Filipino, farmer, resident of Gutalac, ZN, no driver’s license and C.R./O.R.
presented, with two (2) back riders WARLITO MATULIN MAGAMAY, 55years old,
farmer and wife FE BULAGAW MAGAMAY, 60years old, both residents of Gutalac,
ZN.Initial investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that that
at about 5:30 in the afternoon of said date, Veh-2 was traveling from Liloy
going to Gutalac, ZN and upon arrival at the national highway of BrgyBanigan
said Veh-2 maneuvered to overtake to a Panel truck ahead of it, unfortunately
Veh-1 which was traveling in an opposite direction and was approaching closely
to them that resulted to both Veh-1 and Veh-2 collided with each other. Veh-2
single MC turned side-down and the riders tumbled wherein the driver
sustainedminor injury while the two (2) backrider sustained serious injuries
and all were brought to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for
medication. Vehicles involved incurred damages and were temporarily put under
the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition. For information.

MUTIA
- Be informed that at about 11:43 o’clock in the evening of April 11, 2017,
personnel of Mutia MPS received a cellphone call from a certain DAISY TAMPARONG,
Brgy. Councilor of Brgy. Head Tipan, Mutia, ZN that a shooting incident
transpired at said brgy. Acted on the said report, alert Team of Mutia MPS
proceeded to the area of incident to verify the veracity of the said report. Initial
investigation conducted by the responding team disclosed that said incident
happened at about 11:30 o’clock in the evening of April 11, 2017,wherein
victims were identified as oneESCOLASTICO ANGGO, 63 years old, married, Barangay
Tanod and his wife LETECIA SAGARAL ANGGO,62 years old,housewife both residents
of Barangay Head Tipan, Mutia, ZN were shot by two unidentified suspect at
their house located at same brgy. Accordingly said couple was walking coming
from the house of alyasJingolTamparong going to their home and upon entering of
their house, suddenly the victims were shot by the unidentified suspects which
they fled away after the incident while the two (2) victims; LeteciaAnggo, who
sustained 3 gunshot wounds on her left arm, was rush to Zanorte Medical
hospital while Escolastico, who sustained 5 gunshot wounds on the different
parts of his body, was brought to Mutia Municipal Health Center. PNP personnel
of Mutia MPS conducting hot-pursuit operation for possible apprehension of the

GUTALAC
- Be informed that at about 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of April 11, 2017
elements of Gutalac MPS led by PCI KHISNA BAGIS ASAALI, COP conducted manhunt
operation at barangay Sto. Nino, Gutalac, ZN thru BIN information successfully
arrested one WILFREDO BUSTRIA LUARDO, 53 years old, farmer, married and a
resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Oscar D.
Tomarong, RTC9 Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 1, 2017 for the crime of “RAPE”(2 counts) docketed under Criminal
Case no. L-003038 and L-003039 with no bail bond recommended. Subject
person was arrested at his residence and now detained at Gutalac MPS for proper
