Campaign against Illegal Gambling
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS led by Psupt Rolando Hernandez Barraquio together with the
intelligence operatives conducted raid in plain view on the reported illegal
gambling activities at Brgy. Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
9:30 pm of april 3, 2017and successfully arrested four (4) operators namely; Mary
Love Fernandez Macas, 27 years old, married, female, Filipino, a resident of Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay, Jelan Pielago Villaflor, 19 years old, single, male, Filipino,
a resident of Brgy. Nilo, Tigbao, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur, Benjamin
Bularon Gonzaga, 20 years old, single, male, Filipino, a resident of Brgy.
Bato, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay and Arnie Gumansing Sargento, 22 years old,
single, male, Filipino, a resident of Brgy. Lagpan, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Further,
the raiding team confiscated and recovered various items in the gaming area, to
wit: forty eight (48) pieces rolled playing cards, one (1) piece empty white
galloon with cover, one (1) round stick made of wood, one (1) piece wooden box
color red and a bet money amounting to four thousand two hundred sixty one and
ten centavos only (Php 4, 261.10). Suspects were brought to Sindangan District
Hospital for medical examination and later brought to Sindangan Municipal
Police Station together with the confiscated items for proper disposition and
filing of appropriate charges against them.

LABASON - Operatives
of Labason MPS led by Psinsp Sergio Romaguera Bihag, in coordination with PDEA conducted
buy bust operation at Brgy Kipit, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:30 PM of April 3, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Muksan Pilapil, 24 years old, married, farmer and a resident
of Sitio Lemon, Brgy Salvacion, Labason and HVT level 3 of link diagram under Taib
Sota from Siocon. Confiscated from his possession were; seven (7) pcs heat
sealed small transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed
to be shabu; one (1) pc red driver license holder; one (1) cigarette foil
(wrapper); two (2) pcs aluminum foil; one (1) pc bamboo stick improvised
sealer; one (1) pc one hundred peso bill as buy bust money sn: lv 382827; one
(1) green lighter; one thousand seven hundred twelve pesos (php 1,142.00) in different
denominations as proceeds money and one (1) unit black mc Moto posh pinoy 155
cc. said operation was done at the brgy hall of said brgy in the presence of Mr.
Albert P Jamarolin Of B96.5 Dxeb Fm, Hon. Winstone Pendulo, Hon Paquito Basa
And Hon Alfonso Sabijon All Brgy Councilors Of Brgy Kipit of said municipality.
Arrested subject person is presently detained at Labason MPS for proper
disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
LABASON - PNP personnel
of Labason MPS led by psi sergio r bihag, conducted manhunt operation at Brgy
La Union, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:00 AM of April 03, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Antonina
A. Balbin, 57 years old, female, farmer and a resident of said place. Subject was
arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest dated March 28, 2017 issued by Judge
Jerry B Patcho Of 6th MCTC, Labason-Gutalac-Kalawit, Ninth Judicial Region,
Labason, for violation of RA 8084 docketed under cc# 3772 with bail bond recommended
amounting to twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00). Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Labason MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
TAMPILISAN - Operatives
of Tampilisan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:15 AM of April 3, 2017. This resulted to the
arrest of Noel Bughaw Albios, 29 years old, married, Filipino and a resident
said place. Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest dated march 15,
2017, signed by Judge Kathia C. Adasa-Santiago Of MCTC Liloy, Liloy, for the
crime of direct assault upon an agent of person in authority docketed under cc#
2961, with bail bond recommended amounting to Php 6,000.00. Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition.
