Report on the Arrest of Wanted Person
DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that on April 20, 2017 at 2:22 PM, elements of Dapitan CPS composed
of SPO1 AldwinTagbac, PO3 Julius Pelusas, PO3 BerjohnTianok, PO2 NickQuimiguing,
PO2 Vanessa Andilab, PO1 Adonis Elumbaring and PO1 Stephen Lee Dumasig
conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dapitan City that resulted to
the arrest of one JAIME GUTANG TUBU, male, 54 years old, married, a resident of
Purok Daisy, Brgy Barcelona, Dapitan Cityby virtue of warrant of arrest issued
by Presiding Judge Ric S. Bastasa of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 8,
Dipolog City for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed under Criminal Case No. 19908
dated January 12, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounting to Thirty Thousand
Pesos (Php 30,000.00).Subject personnow detained at Dapitan CPS. For

Vehicular Traffic
Accident
DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that on April 20, 2017 at 3:20 o’clock in the afternoon,
Radio Call from Control room of the LGU informed Dapitan CPS that a traffic
vehicular accident involving a MV and MC was transpired along Sulangon National
Highway, Dapitan City resulted to multiple homicide and damage to properties.
Immediately, elements of Dapitan CPS led by PO2 JoerbyTrumata – Traffic
Investigator responded on said incident. Vehicle1 was Black and Red combination
Honda Wave Motorcycle bearing plate number 2955JI driven by FelmartOmañag,
male, legal age with two (2) back riders
identified as TrelyDalahay, female, 20 years old, single and JelynJumawan,
female, minor all resident of Brgy. Totongan, MutiaZamboanga Del Norte. Vehicle
2a Public Utility Vehicle White Toyota Hi-ace bearing Plate number ABC 4573
with UV Express Franchise number 2016-10-471 driven by Ysmael Perales Sumile,
male, 34 years old, married and a resident of Western Poblacion, Lopez Jaena,
Misamis Occidental owned by Engr. AngelitoRoaJumao-as. Initial investigation
conducted by PO2 JoerbyTrumata and disclosed that, prior to the incident
vehicle one was travelling from Dapitan City going to Mutia Zamboanga Del Norte
while vehicle two (2) travelling from Ozamiz City bound to Dipolog City. Upon
reaching at the place of accident the front left side tire of vehicle 2
exploded, the driver lost control of his driven vehicle went to the opposite
lane and accidentally bumped to vehicle 1. Driver and the back riders of the
motorcycle were broughtto DJRM Hospital by the CDRRMO personnel but were declared
DOA by the attending physician Dr. Rolito Cataluña. The driver of the Toyota Hi
Ace vehicle voluntarily surrendered to Dapitan CPS. Both vehicle involved in
accident were impounded for further investigation and proper disposition. For

Ambushed Incident
SIRAWAI
- Be informed that at about 8:40 o’clock in the evening of April 20, 2017, five
(5) hauler trucks of DACON Company were ambushed by undetermined numbers of
LLE’s at Brgy.PulangLupa,Sirawai, ZN.
Immediately, personnel of Sirawai MPS led by PI JIMMY T ABRASALDO,
members of PPSC, RPSB and members of 42nd IB led by CPT PACIFICO A. BRABANTE,
(INF) PA, responded on said incident. Initial investigation disclosed that
while said trucks were traveling from the loading point at Brgy.PulangLupa
bound to Brgy,Sirawai Proper, Sirawai, ZN said trucks were shot by undetermined
number of LLEs. SCAA escorts who were on board on another truck returned fire
to the LLEs that lasted about ten minutes. No casualty reported on said incident.
Only the first vehicle driven by Norbert Dela Cruz was hit by unknown caliber
firearms on the windshield. After the incident suspect fled to unknown

KATIPUNAN
- Be inform that at about 05:21o’clock in the afternoon of April 20, 2017,
concerned citizen inform Katipunan MPS that there was a person creating trouble
at Barangay San Antonio Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte. At about 5:30 o’clock in
the afternoon of same date PNP elements of Katipunan MPS led by PCI ROBEERT
ESPARAGOZA AGDA-ACOP proceeded to the said place to verify the said report.Upon
arrival at said place suspect identified as one ANGEL LIED SALIMBANGON y
JUMANGUIN, 28 years old, single, jobless and resident of said place who was under
the influence of intoxicating liquorcaught in the act creating trouble that
cause alarm to the residents. When the said responding team called the
attention of the suspect, he disobeyed the order of the responding police
officer and attacked one of the responding Team by giving a fist blow. Suspect was arrested brought to Katipunan MPS
for filing of appropriate charges in court. For information.
