SERGIO OSMEÑA - Stabbing
incident transpired at Sitio Lakonok, Barangay Marapong, Sergio Osmena,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 9:00 Am of
February 6, 2017. The victim was identified as Alfonso Dacelio Denoyo, 65 years
old, male, single and a resident of the aforementioned place. He was found dead
20 meters away from his house with multiple stab wounds on his body. It was also
believed that the victim was stab inside his house and was able to run outside.
Motive of the incident believed to be robbery considering that his fighting
cocks were missing and personal things inside the house were scattered. Sergio
Osmena MPS is now conducting thorough investigation for possible arrest of the
suspect.
Swindling Incident
KATIPUNAN - Swindling
incident transpired at Barangay
Singatong, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte, at about 12:30 PM of February 6, 2017 wherein joint team composed of ZN-CIDG
and Katipunan MPS arrested the following:
Pablito Anding Oros, 49 years old, male, married and a resident of Sta.
Filomena, Dipolog City, Gina Dampaila Pausal, 38 years old, female, jobless and
a resident of Barangay Sta Isabel, Dipolog City and Gomersindo Anotado
Daguinotas, 28 years old, male, single,
painter by profession and a resident Brgy Santa Isabel, Dipolog City. Initial
investigation disclosed the three suspects introduced themselves as personnel
of “Royal Imperial Lupah Sug Islamic United Kingdom Of Sulu & North Borneo”
and were collecting money from the populace and neighboring barangays in the
amount of two hundred thirty-five pesos (Php 235.00) as processing fee in
exchange with the promise of loan release amounting to thirty thousand pesos (Php
30,000.00). Suspects were now temporarily detained at Katipunan MPS for filling
of appropriate charges.

DAPITAN CITY - Elements
of Dapitan CPS led by Spo4 Jose Renault Tan together with ZN-CIDG led by PCI
SAMSON B PASCUAL and PIB, ZNPPO conducted manhunt operation at Barangay
Sulangon, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:45 PM of February 6,
2017. This resulted to the arrest of Flordelita Bael Labadlabad, 48 years old,
female and a resident of Barangay Sulangon, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject
person has standing warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Cherry Joy C
Concha-Ageas Of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 10, Dipolog City Dated January
26, 2017 for the crime of estafa docketed under cc nr 21393 with bail
recommended amounting to sixteen thousand pesos (P16, 000.00). Subject person
is presently detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

DIPOLOG CITY - Elements
of Mutia MPS led by Pi Jefferson P. Arellano, OIC conducted manhunt operation at
Marilyn Pension House Located at Sta Isabel, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 12:30 PM of February 6, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Ramil Guia
Balignot, 29 years old, male, single and a resident of Barangay Totongon,
Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has standing warrant of arrest
issued by Acting Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, Of MCTC- Mutia, 9th
Judicial Region, Mutia, dated April 29, 2014, for the crime of illegal
possession of firearms and ammunition docketed under criminal case number 826
with bail bond recommended amounting of sixty thousand pesos (P60, 000). Subject person is presently detained at Mutia
MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign against illegal Gambling
SIOCON - Elements of Siocon
MPS led by PCI Joseph Reales Maulad, OIC conducted illegal gambling operation
at Barangay Latabon, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 PM of February
6, 2017. This resulted to the confiscation of two (2) unit video karera
allegedly owned and managed by a certain Alih Fuentivilla Malong, 46 years old,
male, married a resident of said place. Also at around 8:40 pm of same date,
same team proceeded to Barangay Bulacan, Siocon and confiscated one (1) unit
video karera owned by a certain Jessie Torino Cena, 53 years old, male, married
and a resident of said place. The three (3) unit video karera was brought to Siocon
MPS while appropriate charges against the owner were being prepared for regular
filling in court.

TUBOD - Elements of Polanco
MPS led by Spo2 Simeon C. Wapelle conducted manhunt operation at Purok 3, RCMS
Tubod Lanao Del Norte at about 10:15 AM of February 6, 2017. This resulted to
the arrest of Elito Caidit Argote, Alias “ Dodong”, 33 years old, male single
and a resident of Purok 3, Rcms Tubod Lanao Del Norte. Suspect has standing
warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Victoriano Dl Lacaya Jr. Of
Rtc 9th Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City Dated October 2, 2013 for the
crime of “homicide” docketed under cc no. 14464 with no bail recommended. Subject
person is presently detained at Polanco MPS for proper disposition.
Campaign against illegal Gambling
LILOY - Elements of Liloy
MPS led by Po3 Michael Su conducted illegal gambling operation at Barangay Fatima,
Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Julius Gumisong Kilat,
24 years old, male, single and a resident of Panabang, Liloy, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 7:50 PM of February 6, 2017. Confiscated from his possession and
control were the following; two (2) tally sheets containing three (3) number
combination locally known as “suertres” and a bit money amounting to four
hundred forty-five pesos (P445.00). Subject person was now temporarily detained
at Liloy MPS for filling of appropriate charges.
