Murder Suspect Arrested
SIAYAN - Operatives
of Siayan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Balok, Siayan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 4:00 AM of January 31, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Enerio
Maguiba Ondol A.K.A “Bodoy”, 33 years old, married, male, farmer and a resident
of Balok, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Suspect has standing warrant of arrest
issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya, Presiding Judge Rtc Branch 11 Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under criminal case number s-5449 dated November
25, 2016 for the crime of murder without bail bond recommended. Arrested
subject is held temporarily in protective custody at Siayan MPS for proper
disposition.
2 Drug Suspects Arrested by PDEA in Dapitan
DAPITAN CITY - Two
drug suspects were arrested during buy-bust operation conducted by PDEA at
Sitio Tutua, Barangay Sulangon, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:45
PM of January 31, 2017. Arrested was identified as Christopher Bulagao Ig-Agao,
36 years old and a resident of Barangay Hilltop and Magno Tome Pampilo Jr, 45
years old, married, a resident of Purok Molave, Barangay Sulangon, all of Dapitan
City, Zamboanga Del Norte, both illegal drug surrenderers of said police station.
Both suspects were later turned over to the Dapitan City Police Station. Confiscated
from the possession and control of Christopher Ig-Agao were two (2) transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; two
(2) pcs fifty peso bill with SN sf092567 and vb287470, three (3) pcs one
hundred peso bill with SN sg581851, lv853097 and am561589 with a total amount
of four hundred pesos (P400.00) as marked money, three (3) pcs rolled aluminum
foils, one (1) Palawan Express Pera Padala receipt, one (1) blue wallet, one
(1) pc twenty peso bill, (1) unit black keyway 125 motorcycle and key while
confiscated from the possession and control of Magno Pampilo were one (1) pc
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu, one (1) unit Cal .380 pistol without serial number with
one (1) magazine inserted with five (5) pcs live ammunitions. Arrested persons
are temporarily in protective custody at Dapitan City Police Station for proper
disposition.
