- Be informed that at about 8:25 o’clock in the morning of February 14, 2017 at
Brgy. Farmington, Tampilisan, ZN, PNP elements of Tamplisan MPS led by PI
ISIDRO JUMUAD MALINAO, OIC together with SPO1 Rodrigo B. Baquilta, PO2 Carim B
Magallion, PO2 Ernesto M Lagare Jr, and PO1 Reyen R Aglag successfully arrested one JOEL BUNTAG BAGNOL,
29 years old, married, farmer by occupation and a resident of said place by
virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated February 2, 2017, issued by Judge KATHIA C.
ADASA-SANTIAGO of MCTC LILOY, Liloy, ZN for the crime of “GRAVE ORAL DEFAMATION
” docketed in criminal case number 297879 with bail bond recommended fixed
at SIX THOUSAND PESOS (6,000.00). Subject
person temporarily detained at Tampilisan MPS for proper disposition. For

- Be informed that on or about 11:20 o’clock in the morning of February 14,
2017 at Barangay Balok, Katipunan Zambonga del Norte, PNP Katipunan MPS
composed of SPO1 Fernando S Gomolon,PO3 Dioscoro E Ello, PO3 Noel E Suliman,
PO2 Joseph E Maata, POI Nelgeen Acas and POI Warren P Epo together with the
ZNPPO, PIB personnel PO2 Ian Roy Enero Arobejo arrested one ROMEO DICOY y ACAY, 54 years old, resident of
said place, listed in the Top No. 9 Most wanted person Katipunan MPS Level by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of “QUALIFIED THEFT OF COCONUTS” with
criminal case numbers 21328, 21329, 21330, 21331 and 21332 with bail bond
recommended in the amount of Twenty four thousand Pesos (24,000.00) for each
criminal cases issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C Concha Ageas, Presiding Judge of 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 10, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City. Said person

- Be informed that on or about 12:30 o’clock in the afternoon of February 14,
2017 at Poblacion North, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte, PNP elements of Pinan MPS
composed of PO2 Randy Bulay-og Asuncion-Intelligence PNCO, PO2 Randy Andag
Elopre and PO1 Eduardo Lacaya Flores, arrested one NELSON ICAO y TOME, 61 years
old, married a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest for “RECKLESS
IMPRUDENCE RESULTING TO HOMICIDE” docketed under Criminal Case no. P-3180 issued by Acting Judge Deborah P.
Garcia-Nazario of MCTC Piñan-La Libertad, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 001,
Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte dated February 8, 2017 with recommended bail in the
mount of Php30,000.00 pesos for his temporary
liberty. Subject person temporarily detained at said MPS for proper

of R.A. 9262 and Arrest of Suspect
GODOD
- Be informed that at around 11:25 o’clock in the evening of February 13, 2017,
one Vicelle Quatchon Macula appeared and reported to Godod MPS that her mother
(Cecilia A. Quatchon) was bodily harm by his live-in partner and she requested
for police assistance to rescue her mother at their house at Purok 1, Barangay
Poblacion, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte. Immediately PNP elements of Godod MPS
composed of SPO2 Robinson M. Barcelo, SPO2 Marlon M. Requina, PO3 Saique D.
Bulado, PO3 Carlito S. Abia and PO2 Noralyn Gadi Tamula our WCPD PNCO together
with the reporter (Vicelle Q. Macula) responded on said incident. Upon arrival
of the responding team victim CECILIA ANTOLIN QUATCHON, 52 years old, married,
female, Secondary Public School Teacher
of Godod, National High School Godod, Zamboanga del Norte run towards the
responding team and asked for assistance that she was chased by his live-in
partner armed with sharp bolo prompting the responding team to arrest the
suspect identified as one MARSY SALAPUDDIN SANGKULA, 53 years old, married,
male, filipino, jobless, a resident at Purok 1, Barangay Poblacion, Godod,
Zamboanga del Norte. Recovered from his possession and control a sharp bolo
with scabbard. Motive of said incident due to their misunderstanding and
jealous. For information.
Report on Fire
Incident
SINDANGAN
- Be informed that on or about 8:30 o’clock in the morning of February 14, 2017
a fire incident happened at Sitio Tanjay, Calatunan, Sindangan, ZN wherein two
(2) houses made of light materials with GI sheets roofing owned by Elmer Suma
and Dante Suma, was totally razed down by fire. Initial investigation conducted
by Sindangan Bureau of Fire Protection personnel disclosed that, accordingly,
Edelyn Suma daughter of the occupants of the house of Elmer Suma cooked their
food using a firewood at the dirty kitchen made of light materials situated at
the house of Elmer Suma, there and then, she left his cooked food and rest for
a while and after few minutes, she noticed that a portion of the dirty kitchen was
accidentally caught by fire that prompted her to asked for assistance and the
firefighting team of BFP Sindangan arrived and controlled the fire. Estimated
fire losses amounted to Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php70, 000.00), Philippine
currency, more or less, and no casualty/injured person reported on said

DALMAN - Be informed that at about 3:30 o’clock in the afternoon of 14 February
2017, at Brgy Manawan, Jose Dalman ZN PNP elements of Jose Dalman MPS led by
PCI VERGIL BRUCE DACION DARIO successfully arrested one DOLORES OMANDAM RAMIREZ,
36 years of age, married, housewife, a resident of aforementioned place by
virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of “PHYSICAL INJURIES IN RELATION TO
R.A.7610” docketed in criminal case number S-4974 with bail bond fixed amounting
to Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00), issued by Judge REYMAR L. LACAYA of RTC
Branch 11, Sindangan Z.N dated 27th day of January 2015. Said person
temporarily detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition. For
