POLANCO - Vehicular traffic
accident transpired along national highway of Barangay Guinles, Polanco,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:10 AM of February 8, 2017. Wherein vehicle 1 -
bongo frontier with plate KGJ 688 driven by Zade Ugdal Y Estrera, with
passengers Elias T. Ugdal, Pablea E. Ugdal, Razel Elaiza U. Damaso, Maria Nila
I. Ugdal, Zm I. Ugdal, Alexa Lorraine Viv J. Ugdal And Zariy Jane I. Ugdal All
Of Poblacion Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte and vehicle 2 - Honda motorcycle SRN with
improvise plate no. 075110 driven by Sanny Boy Pata Gumilos. initial
investigation disclosed that v-1 traveling from Dipolog City bound for Mutia and
v-2 traveling in opposite direction and upon reaching at above mentioned place
both vehicle was head on collision. The driver of v-1 and passengers sustained
slight injuries on the different parts of their bodies while driver of v-2
immediately brought to Zanorte Medical Hospital but declared dead on arrival (DOA)
by attending physician.

LILOY - Vehicular traffic
accident transpired along the National Highway of Barangay Banigan, Liloy,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:54 AM of February 8, 2017. Wherein single
motorcycle Honda XLR no plate attached and driven by FO1 Raygene Mark Federido
Mijares, 26 years old, male, single, fireman presently assigned at siayan
municipal fire station and resident of Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay Sicayab,
Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte With Back rider Vincent Bernard Manaog
Domingo, 26 years old, male, single, businessman and a resident of Barangay
Patawag, Labason, Vincent Pandi Lumiton, 18 years old, male, single and a
resident of Barangay Pianon, Kalawit. Initial investigation disclosed that was
travelling from Barangay Banigan, Liloy going to Siayan, upon approaching at
the curved area the driver lost control of his driven mc thereby causing them
to stumble down the road and sustained serious injuries. All victims were
immediately brought by the responding PNP personnel of Liloy MPS to Liloy
Integrated District Hospital but were all declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the
attending physician. The cadaver of the
victims now lays at Gamalinda Funeral Homes.

DAPITAN CITY - Personnel
of Dapitan City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Barangay
Canlucani, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:00 AM of February 8,
2017. This resulted to the arrest of Coribbo Gumahad Jr A.K.A ‘’Bulala’’, 40
years old, male, married and a resident of Barangay Banbanan, Dapitan City,
Zamboanga Del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding
Judge Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas of RTC, 9th Judicial Region; Br 10 Dated
January 24, 2017, for the crime of attempted murder docketed under cc nr 21402
with bail bond recommended amounting to one hundred twenty thousand pesos (Php120,
000.00). He is presently detained at Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

of Polanco MPS led by Spo2 Simeon C. Wapelle conducted manhunt operation at Barangay
New Libangon, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:52 AM of February 8, 2017.
This resulted to the arrest of Godofredo Maminta Orong, 78 years old, male,
married a resident of Barangay New Libangon, Polanco, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Suspect has standing warrant of arrest issued by Rogelio D. Laquihon Of RTC 9th
Judicial Region Branch 7 Of Dipolog City Dated December 28, 2016 charged for
violation of sec. 5 (e) 4 of R.A. 9262 docketed under criminal case number
21325 with bail bond recommended amounted to Php 12,000.00 . Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Polanco MPS for proper disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - Operatives
of Dapitan City Police Station led by SPO4 Jose Renault A Tan conducted
operation at Barangay Bagting, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00
PM of February 8, 2017, particularly at Dapitan City Public Market. This resulted
to the arrest of Lito Galorio Cedeño, 37 years old, single and a resident of Barangay
Banonong, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Confiscated from his possession
were the following: one (1) pc Suertres lotto tips; two (2) stabs with number
combinations, several tally sheets with number combinations and one hundred
twenty (P120.00) pesos as proceeds money. Confiscated items were temporarily
deposited at Dapitan City Police Station for court exhibit while the arrested
suspect now detained at the said police station for filing of appropriate
charges in court and for proper disposition.

of Jose Dalman MPS led by PCI Vergil Bruce Dacion Dario, conducted manhunt
operation at barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
11:00 AM of February 8, 2017. Arrested was Ranil Rocamora Caingcoy, 33 years
old, male, married a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Suspect has an alias warrant of arrest issued by Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao of
MCTC Dipolog City dated January 9, 2017 charged for violation of P.D. 1602 docketed
under criminal case number 12713 with bail bond recommended amounted to Php 10,000.00.
Arrested subject person is presently detained at Jose Dalman MPS for proper
disposition.
