CITY – Be informed that at about 11:30 o’clock in the evening of February 08,
2017, at Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, PNP elements of Katipunan MPS led by PCI
ROBERT ESPARAGOZA AGDA-ACOP along with SPOI Bernie C Asentista, PO3 Arturo R Borja,
PO3 Dioscoro E Ello, PO3 Noel E Suliman, PO2 Joseph B Sentillas and PO1 Michael
H. Salaveria together with the elements of Dipolog CPS led by PSI ALEXIS
BAHUNSUA arrested one PASTOR CAINTA BALLARES, 22 years old, and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest for “FRUSTRATED MURDER” docketed in Criminal Case no. 21391 issued by
Presiding Judge Rogelio D Laquihon of Regional Trial Court, 9th
Judicial Region , branch 7, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City with
recommended bail bond amounting to Two hundred thousand pesos (Php200,000.00)
for his temporary liberty. Subject person temporarily detained at Katipunan MPS

- Be informed that at about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of February 8, 2017
at Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, PNP element of Liloy MPS led by PCI
JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO III – OIC arrested one ANGELA FUENTENEGRA TEMPLADO, female, married,
57 years old, Filipino and resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of
Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Kathia C. Adasa – Santiago of 7th MCTC, LILOY –
TAMPILISAN, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of “GRAVE
ORAL DEFAMATION” docketed in Criminal Case no. 2977 with bail bond of six
thousand pesos (Php6,000.00) for her temporary liberty. Subject person temporarily

Poblacion, Gutalac, ZN, PNP elements of Gutalac MPS led by PCI KHISNA BAGIS
ASAALI -OIC along with SPO4 Alexander Lozada, SPO2 Ramil Maningo, SPO1 Paiser
Ontong, PO3 Bengie Jalaron, PO3 Rodrigo Cadorna, PO3 Ronel Acop, PO2 Alber
Omar, PO1 Al Najar Nasihul and PO1 Celbert Berjame arrested one ISIDRO RUBI y LOBINGCO, married,
40 years old and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued
by Judge Vera T. Vergara, RTC Br 14, Zamboanga City dated December 19, 2016 for
the crime of “BIGAMY” with criminal case number 34404 with recommended bail
bond amounting to Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php24,000.00) for his temporary liberty.

- Be informed that 8:40 o’clock in the evening of February 9, 2017 elements of Piñan
MPS conducted operation under LOI 03/11
(TF Manhunt Charlie) at Barangay Teresita, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte resulted
to the arrest of MILLIARD ANDUS y SUAN, 26 years old, married, farmer and NARCISO
ANDUS y ENTION , 62 years old, married, farmer, both residence of above-mentioned place charge for
the crime of “THEFT” docketed under Criminal Case no. P-3179 by virtue Warrant
of Arrest duly issued and signed by
Acting Judge Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario of MCTC Piñan-La Libertad, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 001, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte dated January 11, 2017 with recommended bail bond fixed at Php12,000.00 pesos each for their
temporary liberty. Suspects temporarily detained at Piñan MPS for proper

Spot Report on
Stabbing Incident
DAPITAN
CITY - Be informed that on February 9, 2017 at 9:29 o’clock in the evening, a
certain Netherlyn Elumba informed Dapitan CPS thru cellphone call that there
was a stabbing incident at Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City. The victim identified
as one ARSENIO RUIZ NAPIGKIT, 58 years old, male, married while the suspect
identified as one HENORIO BAYRON MAGDOLOT, 70 years old, male, married both
residing at Purok Narra of said barangay. PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS composed
of SPO2 Ray Francis Hamoy, PO2 Ronan Quizo, PO2 Arvin Paler and PO1 Ronnie
Montero proceeded at the said place to verify the said report. Initial
investigation conducted by PO2 Nick Quimiguing disclosed that the victim with
his friends were having a drinking spree at the store of Cosmelita Padao. At about
8:40 o’clock in the evening of same date, the victim was the only left at the
said store. The victim uttered a joke to the owner of the store. The suspect
heard the joke of the victim which is the cousin of the owner of the store. The
suspect went home and took a knife and returned to the store and stabbed the victim
hitting at the left side of his stomach. Victim was brought to DJRM Hospital
and later referred to ZANORTE Hospital for further medication while suspect was
arrested by the responding team and able to confiscated the knife used
measuring 15 inches including the handle. The suspect temporarily detained at Dapitan
CPS pending filling of formal charges. For information.
