Hacking Incident
MUTIA - Hacking incident transpired at Purok 2, Barangay
Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte about 6:10 AM of January 27, 2017. The victim was identified as JODI Licayan Y
Masad, male, 30 years old with live in partner, a resident of mentioned place.
He was hacked by one Ernesto Dagohoy Y Yabo, male, 61 yrs old a resident of
same place. Investigation disclosed that the victim was riding his motorcycle and
upon reaching at the house of the suspect located at the mentioned place,
suspect stopped the victim and without any further reason hacked the victim
once hitting his left side of the head that resulted to a hacked wound. He was immediately
brought to Mutia Rural Health Unit while the suspect was arrested by the
responding elements and now temporarily detained at Mutia MPS for filling of
appropriate charges.
Cadaver Found
SIBUTAD - A human cadaver was found at the Riverbank
of Sipaloc, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:30 AM of January 27, 2017. Investigation
disclosed that one Jemar Hampac Cariaso, 29 years old and a resident of said
place went fishing on Mokari River and found a human cadaver inside a sack.
further, Dr. Zacharias Tapayan Jr.
Municipal Health Officer conducted post mortem exam and described the cadaver
as a male person aging 20-24 years old, 5 feet and 2 inches in height, medium
built and brown complexion, wearing color red t-shirt and color blue short
pants with hacked wound on his right face and right neck. The cadaver was
already in the state of decomposition and now lies at Sibutad Rural Health
Office.

manhunt operation at Barangay San Vicente, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:30 PM of January 27, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Efren
Bahian Balisco, 49 years old, male, single and a resident of Barangay San
Vicente, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has standing of
warrant of arrest issued and signed by Presiding Judge Vittorio Dalman D.
Dalman, MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City Dated January 25, 2017 charged for the crime of
theft with criminal case no. 17945 with bail bond recommended amounted to Php 10,000.00.
Arrested subject person is presently detained at Dapitan CPS for proper
disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - Elements of Dapitan CPS led by Po3
Julius Pelusas conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Potol, Dapitan City,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 3:20 PM of January 27, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Heracleo
Abot Jatico III , 24 years old, male, single and a resident of Barangay Potol,
Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has standing warrant of
arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, MTCC, 9th
Judicial Region; Dapitan City Dated January 25, 2017 charged for the crime of Theft
docketed under criminal case no. 17946 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php
12,000.00). Arrested subject person is presently detained at Dapitan CPS for
proper disposition.

Danilo P Obnimaga conducted manhunt operation at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion,
Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
10:00 AM of January
27, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Rey Amato Baconga, 43 years old, male,
married and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Joseph O. Dagpin Of Mctc, Rizal – Sibutad, Zn 9th
Judicial Region, with criminal case no. 2696-s charge for malicious mischief issued
on December 16, 2005 with bail bond recommended amounted to P2, 000.00. Arrested
subject person is presently detained at Sibutad MPS for proper disposition.

operation at Sitio Depane, Barangay Villa Ramos, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:05 am of January 27, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Isagani
Palanas Baguioso A.K.A “Tata”, 40 years old, male, married, farmer and a
resident of Lamaya, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte a Top 1 MWP municipal
level of Manukan MPS charged for the crime of child abuse under sec 10 (a) of
r.a. 7610 with criminal case no. 19912 dated june 30, 2016 issued by presiding
Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, Of Rtc – 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7 Dipolog City with
bail bond recommended amounting to p80,000.00. Arrested subject person is
presently detained at Manukan MPS for proper disposition.

B. Retes conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Alvenda, Mutia, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 8:49 PM of January 27, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of Leonida Villamino Suminod, 33 years old, single, female and a
resident of Barangay Luzvilla, Pinan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has
standing warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Liwliwa S. Hidalgo-Bucu,
RTC Of Manila, NCR Judicial Region Branch 34 charged for the crime of qualified
theft under criminal case no. 16-323534 dated July 13, 2016 with no bail
recommended. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Pinan MPS for
proper disposition.
Arrest of Swindling Suspect
SINDANGAN - The Barangay Captain Martino Magallanes
Jr of maras, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte brought and turned-over to Sindangan
MPS the person of Jeralyn Camo-Camo Rabaca, 39 years old, female, single and a
resident of Barangay Dicoyong, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:30 AM of January
26, 2017. Said person was the suspect in swindling incidents sometime on January
12, 15, 17, 21, 23 & 26, 2017 at Barangay Maras, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del
Norte. wherein the suspect introduced herself as a healer then sold bottled
medicine and demanded money to the victims namely; Delina Lacpao Banugon, 40
years old, female, married, Nena Lacpao Gonzales, 37 years old, female,
married, Maricel Andanga Lacpao, 32 years old, female, single and Siknan Latao
Lacpao, 79 years old, male, married, all residents of Barangay Maras,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Arrested subject person is presently detained
at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Man Who Got Wild
TAMPILISAN
- A man was arrested after he threw
a stone and got wild at the house of the late Mr. Nonie Magsalay Gonzales, situated
at Farmington, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:52 AM of January 28, 2017. Arrested was Jomar
Gonzales Alfanta, 19 years old, male, single and a resident of Barangay
Poblacion, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Said person suspect was now
temporarily detained while appropriate charges are being prepared for filling
in court.
