Arrest of Top 4 Most Wanted Person (Municipal
Level)

- Be informed that at about 2:00 o’clock dawn of January 11, 2017 joint
elements of Siayan and Kalawit MPS led by PI DOMINADOR M. DALION- DCOP, Siayan
MPS successfully arrested one TATA GANDIPON Y DALANGON, 31 years old, single,
male, farmer a resident of Sitio Taplan brgy Gunyan, Siayan, ZN charged for the
crime of “FRUSTRATED MURDER” issued by presiding Judge Oscar D. Tamarong - of MCTC
Liloy, ZN docketed under CC No. L-001968 dated March 27, 2012 with P200,000.00
bail recommended. Said wanted person is Top 4 MWP of Kalawit MPS but was
arrested at his residence in Siayan, ZN. Said suspect was turned over to
personnel of Kalawit MPS for proper disposition. For information.
Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident involving
Pedestrian

OSMEÑA - Be informed that at around 5:20 o’clock in the afternoon of January
11, 2017 Sergio Osmena MPS received a report regarding a vehicular traffic
accident involving pedestrian. Initial investigation disclosed that at around 5:15
o’clock in the afternoon of January 11, 2017one REYBERT DERECHO y TUMAPAT,
male, 24 years old, single, and a resident of Sitio Tribal, Brgy Biayon, Sergio
Osmena, ZN was driving his Honda XRM 125 MC bearing plate # JT4305, chassis #
XRM14039101, engine # XRM14E039119 owned by Alberto P. Miral a resident of
Maabi-abihon Lumahan, Margosatubig, ZS without driver’s license presented
together with his back rider named JENJELYN ASISTER, 21 years old, female,
single and a resident of Poblacion Alto, Sergio Osmena, ZN was travelling along
the Nat’l Highway of Brgy Poblacion Alto, Sergio Osmena, ZN accidentally sideswipe
a pedestrian named DOLORES MANGOBAY, 68 years old, female and a resident of
Poblacion Alto, Sergio Osmena, ZN. Said person was walking staggered beside the
road believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and was carrying
one (1) bottle of Kulafu wine suddenly fell down to the road, and accidentally
hit by the incoming motorcycle as a result the victim suffered injuries and
brought to Sergio Osmena District Hospital while the driver and the back rider
were unharmed. The motorcycle is temporarily impounded at Segio Osmena MPS for
proper disposition. For information.

Arrest of Wanted Person
GUTALAC - Operatives
of Dumingag MPS and Gutalac MPS conducted police operation by serving of Warrant
of Arrest at Barangay Canuto Enerio, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:00 PM of January 11, 2017. This resulted
to the arrest of one (1) Pedro Gabunada y Hinaut Jr., 36 years old, married and
a resident of Barangay Canuto Enerio, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject
person was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder
docketed under Criminal Case Number 2016-10-3246, issued by Honorable Jaime B.
Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC9, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. No bail
bond recommended for his temporary liberty. Accused is now temporarily detained
at Gutalac MPS lock-up cell overnight and to be transported to Dumingag MPS
tomorrow early morning January 12, 2017 for proper case disposition.
