DAPITAN CITY - Hacking Incident transpired at Barangay
Baylimango, Dapitan City at about 12:05AM of January 17, 2017. Wherein suspect Hermes
Pacaro Jaralve Jr., 33 years old, male single a resident of Barangay
Baylimango, Dapitan City hacked his father named Hermes Renecia Jaralve Sr. 61 year’s
old, male, married using a bolo hitting at his chin, left and right arm. The
victim was brought to DJRM Hospitan, Dapitan City while the suspect was arrested
by responding operatives fro Daptan City Police Station. Confiscated from his
possession was a bolo measuring 19.5 inches bolo including handle with
scabbard. Motive of the incident was old grudge and the suspect was under the
influence of liquor and now temporarily detained at Dapitan CPS.

Cadaver
MANUKAN - A dead cadaver was found at Barangay
Upper Disakan, Manukan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 AM of January 17,
2017. The cadaver was later identified as Dominador Meraveles Y Castolo,
married, 80 years old, male, farmer and a resident of Barangay Disakan,
Manukan, Zaboanga Del Norte. He was found more or less 20 meters away from the
National Highway of said Barangay. Initial investigation disclosed that the
victim was last seen alive at around 2PM of January 16, 2017 traversing the
National Highway of Upper Disakan, Manukan. The cadaver was turned over to his
relatives.
Drowning Incident
KATIPUNAN - A grade III pupil was reportedly
missing in Barangay Dr. Jose Rizal, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. The victim
was identified as Jomar Rivera Y Ambang, 14 yrs. old, Minor, grade III pupil
was missing. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim was last seen at
around 5:00 PM of January 16, 2017 walking along the road at Barangay Road, Dr.
Jose Rizal, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Team from Katipunan MPS led by SPO3
Bernard P Jalosjos conducted search and rescue operation. Wherein at around 5:00
AM of January 17, 2017 the dead body of the victim was recovered near the creek
of Barangay Dr. Jose Rizal, Katipunan, believed to be drowned while crossing
the creek. The cadaver was then turned over to his family.

JOSE DALMAN - Motor Vehicle traffic accident
transpired at Barangay Tamil, Jose
Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:35 AM of January 16, 2017. Initial
investigation disclosed that the Honda XRM MC
color blue and white, plate number KU 4582, owned and driven by Bryan
Camasura Y Mag-Aso, 33 years old, married
with back riders Anabelle Camasura Y Cuevillas, 32 years , married and Endera
Pursuelo Y Sael, 24 years old, single all a residents of Barangay Bantayan,
Sindangan, was travelling from south to
North and upon reaching at the said place of incident, they accidentally
sideswiped Demetrio Tugahan Y Candoy “
Dodong” 45 years old, with live-in
partner and resident of Manawan, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte who was at
that time walking along the road. As a result the victim and the driver as well
as the passengers suffered injuries and was brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Hospital,
Dipolog City. The motorcycle was temporarily impounded at Jose Dalman MPS for
proper disposition.
Rescued Tourist
Pump Boat with One Crew
SIBUTAD - A tourist pump boat with one crew on
board was rescued by one of the fisherman in their village at high seas of
Punta Cilla, Barangay Sawang, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte. Investigation
disclosed that the crew identified as Virgil Sague Claraval, 17 years old,
male, single a resident of Bolod Tapayan, Panglao Bohol, operator of a pump
boat named Amazing Grace. Said pump boat left Panglao Bohol at around 7:00 AM
of January 16, 2017, to ferry six
tourist bound to Siquijor, operated by Chino Dadyos, 35 years old, male,
married a resident of Bolod Tapayan, Panglao Bohol together with other crew
named Orly Dadyos, 19 years old, male, single a resident of same place. They
arrived at Sequijor at around 10:00 AM of same date and at around 1; 00 PM also
of same date the three sailors sailed back to Panglao, Bohol an hour later the
handle of helm/wheel made of bamboo fell down to the sea. Orly Dadyos swim and
try to recover it but was taken by the huge wave Chino Dadyos, dived and tried
to rescue Orly but the duo move far apart from each other. Virgil cannot
operate the boat due to its lost steering guide which was previously fallen
into the sea. Meanwhile, at around 11:00 AM of January 17, 2017, he was then
towed by a fisherman and later brought to Barangay Sinipay, Sibutad. Said
person was now in the custody of Sibutad MPS wherein he already contacted his
family.

Wanted Person
SINDANGAN - Two wanted persons were arrested by
operatives of Sindangan MPS during police operation conducted at their
respective residence in Barangay Bago and Barangay Guisokan, Both of Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:30 AM of January 17, 2017. Sindangan MPS
identified those arrested as Ronald Alvarez Y Gumanad, 33 years old, male,
married a resident of Barangay Bago, Sindangan and LITO Duhaylungsod
Y Daki, 47 years old, male, married a resident Sitio Rizalian, Barangay Guisokan, Sindangan. Both
suspects has a standing WOA charged for Violation of Section 90 of R.A. 8550, under CC No.12720
with bail recommended of (PHP12,000.00) each signed and issued by Judge Nimfa
B. Carreon-Padao-Presiding Judge, MCTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Sindangan, dated
December 9, 2016. Both person was arrested at their respective residence and
now temporarily detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

Suspect and Violation of RA 9165
LILOY - A mute male person was arrested by Liloy
MPS for theft and violation of RA 9165 at about 4:00 PM of January 17, 2017.
This after one Emma Gimolatan Cuenca, female, married, 49 yrs old, a resident
of Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, accused him of stealing their
personal belongings including cash amounting to One Thousand Seven Hundred
Pesos (Php1, 700.00) and left their house without their knowledge. The suspect
inside Lalang Bermudo’s Carenderia situated at Liloy Bus and Food Terminal whom
was positively identified by the complainant as the perpetrator and later
identified as Jailani Pai Pai (mute/amang), male, single, 19 yrs old. Recovered
from his possession and control were as follows: one (1) black back pack
containing one (1) long pants (Jag), two (2) polo shirt white and yellow (Jag),
one (1) pair of rubber shoes (Nike Air) and money worth one thousand five
hundred twenty pesos (Php1,520.00). Furthermore, upon thorough body search
conducted to the suspect before putting him inside the custodial cell, PO1
Jo-an M. Utong duty desk officer/assistant investigator recovered two (2)
pieces small plastic sachets believed to be shabu secretly hidden on his folded
short pant waist.

LILOY - A man was arrested during hot pursuit
operation conducted by Liloy MPS after he accused of stealing a motorcycle
being parked at Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:15PM of
January 17, 2017. The Liloy MPS conducted follow up operation wherein the
suspect on board the stolen MC was spotted at Barangay Fatima, Liloy, where a
hot pursuit ensued against the fleeing suspect heading towards Barangay Banigan,
Liloy. However, the suspect refused to stop and later lost control of his
driven MC thereby causing to stumble down and ran away but later arrested. The
suspect was later identified as Jhondave Aldava Hernandez, male, single, 30
years old a resident of Piao, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte who forcibly took the
Sky go motorcycle SG 125 MC, with chassis number LX8XCJTB3FA003209, engine number
1P52FMIF2196869, registered in the name of Helen N. Hinolos, female, a resident
of Barangay Maigang, Liloy, while being parked on above aforementioned place at
around 1:00 PM of January 17, 2017. Suspect now temporarily detained at Liloy
MPS for filling of appropriate charges.

SINDANGAN - Operatives of Sindangan MPS arrested a
wanted man in Sitio Lawis, Barangay Mandih, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at around
4:30PM of January 17, 2017,. The arrested man was identified as Lorito “Alias
Nonoy” Orem, 63 years old, male, widower, a resident of Sitio Lawis Barangay
Mandih, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. He is charged for the crime of Direct
Assault upon an Agent of Person in Authority, with CC # 12719 dated December 9,
2016 bail bond fixed at Php 6,000.00 pesos issued by Judge Nimfa B.
Carreon-Padao- Presiding Judge, MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Said
wanted person was arrested at his residence and detained at Sindangan MPS for
proper disposition.

KATIPUNAN - The Police operatives of Katipunan MPS conducted
a man hunt police operation in Barangay San Antonio, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 10:30 AM of January 17, 2017. He was identified as Rendo Lantaca
Raygon, 40 years old, married, a resident of said place. The suspect was charged
for the crime of Direct Assault, in Criminal Case No. 198-16 issued and signed
by Judge Alnaiza T Hassiman Jamud, Acting Presiding Judge, 5th MCTC
Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña Sr. dated 10 January 2017. Bail bond fixed at Twelve
Thousand pesos (Php12, 000.00). He is now temporarily detained at Katipunan MPS
for proper disposition.
