Hacking Incident
SIBUCO - Hacking incident occurred at about 8:00 PM
of January 19, 2017 at Barangay Sto. Nino, Sibuco. Initial investigation
disclosed that the victim was identified as Reneboy Libres Alugbate a.k.a. “Gagang”, 38 yrs old,
married, a Barangay Tanod who sustained a hack wound on his left face. The
victim was rushed to a hospital in zamboanga city for treatment. The suspect
was identified as Jayson Palermo Y Felipe a.k.a. Bagsang, 34 years old,
married, a Barangay Janitor. Both are residents of Barangay Sto Nino, Sibuco. After
the incident, the suspect ran away. Further investigation disclosed that during
the incident, the son of the victim, Ricky Libres Y Taipen, 13 years old was
also hit and sustained a head injury. The incident stemmed from a heated
argument. Elements of Sibuco MPS are still conducting a follow-up investigation
for the arrest of the suspect.

SERGIO OSMEÑA - Elements of Sergio Osmeña MPS led
by Po3 Rhime Legados Mosqueda, conducted manhunt operation at Purok 1, Barangay
San Jose, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte on January 20, 2017 at about 1:45
PM. This resulted in the arrest of ronelio
tulabing abrasaldo, aka Rone, 55 years old, married, a resident of the
above-mentioned place. Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of
arrest for the crime of illegal discharge of firearm issued by Hon. Alnaiza T.
Hassiman-Jamud, Presiding Judge Of 5th MCTC, Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña Sr., 9th
Judicial Region, Zamboanga Del Norte Dated January 10, 2017 docketed under
criminal case number 006-16 (so) with recommended bail bond of ten thousand
pesos (₱10,000.00). Arrested person is temporarily detained at Sergio Osmeña
Mps for proper disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - Elements of Dapitan CPS together
with elements of Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental MPS conducted a joint
manhunt operation in Purok 3, Barangay Bitibut, Sapang Dalaga, Misamis
Occidental at about 3:45 PM of January 20 2017. This led to the arrest of Junry
Ganob Magsanay, 26 years old, male, single, resident of said place. subject
person was arrested by virtue of five (5) warrants of arrest all issued by
acting Presiding Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region,
Dapitan City Dated April 16, 2016 for the following crimes - reckless
imprudence resulting to slight physical injuries with criminal case no. 17863,
reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property with criminal case no.
17864, violation of sec. 15, art. iii in relation to sec. 56(d) of R.A. 4136
with criminal case no. 17865, violation of sec. 18 chapter ii, art. iii in
relation to sec. 56(d) of R.A. 4136 with criminal case no. 17866, and violation
of sec. 56(d) of R.A. 4136 with a recommended bail bond of two thousand pesos (Php
2,000.00) for each case. At about 5:30 PM of same date, the suspect posted bail
for his temporary liberty with order of release signed by Acting Presiding
Judge Vittorio Dante D. Dalman, Mtcc, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City dated January
20, 2017.
