Vehicle Traffic Accident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 9:16 o’clock in the evening of January 5, 2017
Dipolog CPS responded to a reported MVTA transpired particularly at
intersection of Olingan National Highway and Dipolog School of Fisheries
involving a ten-wheeler truck. Initial investigation disclosed that a blue ten
wheeler truck bearing with plate no. AWA 7001, chassis no. FV416P-550010,
engine no. 8DC10-411956, registered under the name of Grace Construction Corporation,
Grace compound, Bernard Subdivision, Ozamis City, Miss Occ, driven by Paterno
Gabutan Jr. y Bolando, 27 years old, single, resident of Purok 4, Villaflor,
Oroquieta City and a holder of PDL K12-12-0000982-2017-09-16, while the said
truck was traveling from South to North direction loaded with asphalt and upon
reaching at the place of incident, the said ten wheeler truck accidentally hit the service drop wire of
ZANECO going to the residence of Mr. Rogelio Abulencia y Dacanay, 58 years old,
married and residence of above-mentioned place. As a result, the service drop
wire hit the street light post owned by the City Government of Dipolog and was
fallen then dragged hitting the stall beside the road owned by Mr. Rogelio
Abulencia y Dacanay. The ten-wheeler truck was now temporarily impounded at

Spot Report on
Alleged Robbery Incident (Ransacked)
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that on or about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of January 6,
2017, Dipolog CPS received a telephone call from a concerned citizen that a
thievery incident transpired at Amigo Shopping Center located at Quezon Avenue,
Miputak, Dipolog City. Acted on the report, PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS
composed of PCI MARLON ELUMBARING, PSI ALEXIS BAHUNSUA, SPO4 Joselito Gesulga,
SPO4 Roel Talaid, SPO1 Lemuelle Poracan, PO3 Rommel Uycoco, PO2 Deofhany Rosal
PO2 Ernesto Tigon Jr., PO2 Denver Yrañela and PO1 Greggy Neil Enon responded to
the reported incident. Initial investigation conducted by the PNP personnel
disclosed that the said establishment was entered by unidentified suspect/s by
climbing the wall through the mahogany tree at the back portion of the
establishment and forcibly destroyed the G.I. sheet of the roof and destroyed
the hardiflex ceiling of the staff room where the vault of the establishment
located. Once inside, the suspect destroyed the vault using a crew bar and flat
screw driver and carted their proceeds money for the whole week estimated at
Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 700,000.00) which were kept and believed to
have exited from the roof using a nylon rope. At 9:55 o’clock in the morning of
same date, the SOCO team led by SPO4
Sarita arrived and process the crime scene and
at about 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon of same date, SOCO team
turned-over the crime scene to the investigator on case including the recovered
items: one (1) pc 580 cm long nylon rope; one (1) pc 45 cm long screw driver;
one (1) 91 cm long crew bar; one (1) pc 78 cm long crew bar; and one (1) pc
standard brand G.I. cutter. The incident believed to have happened at around
1:00 o’clock in the morning of January 6, 2017. PNP personnel of Dipolog CPS
continuously conducting follow-up investigation to identify the suspect/s and
file appropriate charges in court. For information.
Report on Found
Cadaver
SIRAWAI
- Be informed that at about 8:20 o’clock in the morning of January 6, 2017,
Barangay Captain Arthur B Delantar of Barangay San Nicolas, Sirawai, ZN
appeared to Sirawai MPS and reported that a cadaver was found at the coconut
farm of Sitio Maasum, San Nicolas, Sirawai, ZN. Immediately, PNP personnel of
Sirawai MPS led by SPO2 Joel R Canlas proceeded to the reported place for
verification and investigation. Upon arrival, thereat, the responding team
found a person lying near the coconut kiln and immediately brought to Sirawai
Rural Health Center for medico legal but attending physician declared dead on
arrival (DOA). Investigation conducted
disclosed that the said cadaver was identified as Daniel Mabanag Y Cantila, 41
years old, married and a resident of said Barangay. Further investigation
revealed that the latter left their house on or about 5:00 o’clock in the
afternoon of January 5, 2017 and went to the coconut farm at the said place but
until early in the morning of January 6, 2017 failed to return home. That his
wife together with the Barangay officials of said Barangay went to the farm to
verify and found out the said cadaver, sustained laceration at his left toe believed
to be bitten by the snake. Cadaver of the victim was turned over to his

Report on the
Recovery of Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO)
SINDANGAN
- Be informed that on or about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of January 6, 2017,
Barangay Councilor Edgardo Gose of Brgy Mandih, Sindangan, ZN reported to
Sindangan MPS that one (1) Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) was found at
Lingawan River situated at Brgy Mandih, Sindangan, ZN. Initial investigation
conducted disclosed that while Brgy Councilor Edgardo Gose went to Lingawan
river on the afternoon of January 6, 2017, he saw the group of children playing
one (1) Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) at the said river. There and then
he took the said UXO then brought away from the community. Upon receiving the
information, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS led by SPO1 Ryan M Tindoy with
Explosive Incident Counter Measure and Tactical Explosive Entry Course,
immediately proceeded to the area and conducted spot investigation, cordon the
area around the recovered Unexploded Explosive Ordnance (UXO) and evacuation of
civilian populace away from the said UXO for the safety and retrieval of the
abovementioned explosive and brought to Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.

Spot Report on
Shooting Incident
POLANCO
- Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of January 7, 2017, a
shooting incident transpired at National Highway, Brgy. Obay, Polanco MPS, ZN,
wherein victim identified as William Comecilla y Sogocio, 55 years old, single,
a resident of aforementioned place, was shot to death by unidentified
motorcycle riding in tandem criminals. Initial investigation conducted by the
responding team of Polanco MPS disclosed that the victim was taking his snacks
while walking towards home was suddenly shots several times using unknown
caliber by unidentified motorcycle riding in tandem criminals, which they fled
to unknown direction. Victim sustained gunshot wounds in his head and in the
different parts of his body that caused to his untimely death. Further
investigation revealed that the incident is not a drug related incident.
Polanco MPS together with SOCO personnel led by SPO4 Ruben Sarita conducted
crime scene investigation to determine the firearms used in the said incident. For
