Vehicular Accident
SINDANGAN
– a vehicular traffic accident transpired at Sitio Horseshoe, Brgy. Bitoon,
Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:45 PM of August 26, 2017. .. Initial
investigation disclosed that at about 2:35 pm of august 26, 2017 the Toyota hi
ace commuter van bearing plate nr vo8809, engine nr 1kd2680226 and chasses nr.
jtfjt02p1g500 driven by Lloyd Balagasi Asumbrado, 35 years old, married, a
resident of Regency Palin Subdivision, Iponan, Cagayan De Oro City, a holder of
pdl nr ko206-001714 was travelling bound to Dipolog City with nine (9)
passengers onboard and upon reaching at the curve portion of the road at the
national highway of Sitio Horseshoe, Brgy Bitoon, Sindangan, accidentally met
into contact on a black Mitsubishi van bearing plate nr. rdd-597, engine nr
4g66-rh1397, chasses nr n13w-0200005 driven by Raul Alfante Lasay, 37 years
old, married, and a resident of Brgy Motibot, Sindangan, zdn, a holder of pdl
nr mo2-01-052240 bound to Sindangan, with five (5) passengers onboard. The
passengers and drivers of both vehicles were brought to sindangan district
hospital by the RHU ambulance and rescue vehicle. The driver of both vehicle
and one (1) passenger of Mitsubishi van identified as Famelo Andap Lasay, 71
years old, a resident of brgy Motibot, Sindangan, were declared dead on arrival
by their attending physician Dr. Julieta Yano. Both vehicle involved were
brought to Sindangan Mps for proper disposition.
Shooting Incident
LABASON
– on or about 9:10 PM of August 26, 2017, a shooting incident transpired at Brgy.
Patawag, Labason. The victim identified as Porperio Pizon Tabugon, 41, married,
farmer and a resident of said place was shot once on his head by unidentified
suspect with the use of Cal .45 that resulted to his untimely death. Suspect
fled to unknown direction after the commission of the crime. Further, the
bullet went thru the head of the victim and also hit the right shoulder of his
friend Darwin Templado Caboverde 39, married, driver and a resident of said
place and was brought immediately to Liloy District Hospital for medical
treatment. Investigation disclosed that the victims together with their two
friends were having drinking spree at Jing-Jing Store owned by Anna Marie
Daleliña Balbin, 35, single and a resident of said place at about 9:30 PM of
same date. Motive of the incident is still to be determine by the
investigator-on-case Po3 Renaldo Reluya with cellphone number 0912-231-2153.
RA 9262 Violator Held
SALUG - at
about 10:05 AM of August 26, 2017, Madona Dumalag Ramerez, 19 yes old, single,
housekeeper and a resident of Barangay Poblacion East, Salug, Zamboanga Del
Norte came and reported to Salug MPS and requested for police assistance that
her mother Daniela Dumalag Ramerez, 42 years old, married, housekeeper and a
resident of same barangay was mauled by her live-in partner Monjer Sapihi Anja,
32 years old, married, driver and a resident of Barangay Caracol, Salug. investigation
disclosed that at about 9:40 am of august 26, 2017, the suspect Monjer Anja, who
was believed to be under the influenced of intoxicating liquor, got wild then
mauled and threatened to kill her live-in partner without any apparent reason. The
incident transpired at the house of abovementioned common law partners at brgy.
Poblacion East, Salug, the suspect was immediately arrested by the responding
team for the crime of physical injury in relation to R.A. 9262. Arrested
suspect was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated District Hospital for
liquor test and subsequently detained at said police station for proper
disposition.
