Hacking Incident
MUTIA - Stabbing/hacking incident transpired
at Barangay Alvenda, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:30 AM of August 1,
2017, wherein victim Juvel Recamara Conol, was stabbed/hacking by Rosario
Lapinig Suan, 62 year’s old, male, married, of Barangay Alvenda, Mutia. Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that the victim driving a passenger bus
travelling from Barangay Alvenda, Mutia, heading towards Barangay Poblacion,
Mutia, and upon reaching at the boundary of Brgy Alvenda and Brgy Buenasuerte,
Mutia, the suspect stopped the bus and immediately onboard the said bus and
without hesitation, hacked the victim hitting on the left portion of his nose
and left hand then stabbed on the lower left abdomen and immediately brought to
Zamboanga Del Norte Cooperative Hospital for medication. Suspect was arrested
by the responding PNP personnel of Mutia MPS and presently detained at said
station for proper disposition.
Stabbing Incident
TAMPILISAN - Stabbing
incident transpired at Sitio Sawmill, Barangay Poblacion, Tampilisan, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 4:30 PM of August 01, 2017, wherein victim identified as Jeffrey
Langcato Fernandez, 23 years old, single and resident of Barangay Poblacion,
Tampilisan, was stabbed by Agustin Tulawa Fernandez, 58 years old, married,
male, resident of Gatas, Kalawit, and Robert Cabanilla Bentasal, 42 years old,
married, resident of Sitio Sawmill Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan. Investigation
disclosed that the two suspects were having a drinking session outside the
house of the victim. While they were already drunk, heated argument ensued
between the two suspects and victim suddenly Agustin boxed the victim while Roberto
got a broken bottle and stabbed the victim hitting on the body and was brought
to rural health center for medical treatment. Suspect was arrested by the
responding PNP of Tampilisan MPS and presently detained at said station for
proper disposition.
Vehicular Traffic Accident
BALIGUIAN - Vehicular
traffic accident transpired at Sitio Control, Barangay Kauswagan, Baliguian,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:15 PM of August 1, 2017, wherein pink Moto posh
motorcycle, without plate number driven by Lando Ampiran Fuentevilla, 48 years
old, single with two back riders Ana Limbang Mendoza, 31 years old, female and Felecito
Angeles Mendoza; 38 years old, male all residents of Barangay Latabon, Siocon,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that the said motorcycle
was travelling from Barangay Latabon, Siocon bound to Baliguian and upon
arrival at the place of incident, the driver lost control of his driven
motorcycle and overshoot to the cemented canal resulted the driver and the back
rider sustained injuries in different parts of their bodies and immediately
brought to Siocon District Hospital by the PNP responding personnel for medical
treatment but the driver declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending
physician. The motorcycle incurred damages and brought to Baliguian MPS for
proper disposition.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
3 Theft Minor Suspects Held
SIOCON - Three minor
were arrested after they were caught gathering crabs through the use of a
bamboo trap at fishpond located at Brgy Manaol, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 1:50 AM of August 1, 2017. The fishpond was owned by Romeo D Jondaniro,
52 years old, married, businessman a resident of Brgy Poblacion, Siocon. The
Siocon MPS identified the Tijan Umidil Cainta, 17 years old a grade 10 student,
Mosa Salapuddin Cainta, 16 years old a grade six student and Saddam Punding
Umman, 14 years old, all residents of Brgy Bucana, Siocon. Recovered from their
possession were two (2) crab traps wherein one of the traps has two catch live
crabs. The arrested subject person was presently detained at Siocon MPS for
proper disposition.

DAPITAN CITY - Elements
of Rizal MPS together with Provincial Highway Patrol Team conducted joint
manhunt operation at Sitio Batangan, New
Dapitan Rizal, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00 PM of August 1, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Tirso
P Dionson, male, 48 years old, married, Chainsaw Operator, and a resident of
above-mentioned place. This is by virtue of WOA issued by presiding judge Ric S
Bastasa of RTC9, Branch 8, Dipolog City Dated July 17, 2017 for
violation of article 315 paragraph 1(b ) of the RPC docketed under cc nr
21768 with bail bond recommended amounting to (P16, 000.00). The arrested
subject person is presently detained at Rizal MPS for proper disposition.

GODOD - PNP personnel
of Godod MPS conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Rebi, Poblacion, Godod,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 6:30 AM of
August 01, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Joel B. Gonzales, 47 years old,
married, teacher by profession in Sianan Elementary School, Sianan, Godod, and
a resident of Sitio Rebi, Poblacion, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong, 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated July 11, 2017 for
violation of RA 9262 docketed under cc nr l-003199 with bail bond recommended
fixed at twenty four thousand pesos (P 24,000.00). The arrested subject person
is presently detained at Godod MPS for proper disposition.

LEON B. POSTIGO - PNP
personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Poblacion,
Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 11:10 AM of August 1, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Emiliano
Tablezo Fernandez, 38 years old, male, single, driver and a resident of Barangay
Palandok, Leon B. Postigo, Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of
arrest issued by Presiding Judge Nimfa B. Carreon- Padao of 3rd MCTC,
Sindangan, Dated May 22, 2017 for the crime of acts of lasciviousness docketed
under cc nr 12808 with bail bond recommended amounting to twelve thousand pesos
(p12, 000.00). The arrested subject person is presently detained at Leon B
Postigo MPS for proper disposition.

of Tampilisan MPS together with elements of Godod MPS conducted joint manhunt
operation at Bus Terminal, Brgy Poblacion, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 9:00 AM of August 01, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Ricardo
Gahonay Nuevo Jr, 39 years old, married, farmer and a resident of Banuangan,
Godod zn by virtue of WOA issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC9,
Br 28, Liloy, Dated July 11, 2017 for violation of section 5(a) of RA 9262
docketed under cc nr l-003142, without bail
bond recommended. The arrested subject person is presently detained at Tampilisan
MPS for proper disposition.
