63542 WITH MAGAZINE INSERTED CONTAINING SIX (6) LIVE AMMUNITIONS, ONE (1) UNIT
CAL .45 MAGAZINE CONTAINING THREE LIVE AMMUNITIONS, ONE (1) UNIT CAL .45
MAGAZINE, FOURTEEN (14) LIVE AMMUNITION
AND ONE (1) FIRED CARTRIDGE OF 5.56MM. SEARCH AND SEIZURE WAS DONE IN
THE PRESENCE OF HON. ANGELITA L. RENGQUIJO, BARANGAY CHAIRWOMAN AND HON. CLETO
C. BAYRON, BARANGAY COUNCILOR. THE ARRESTED SUBJECT PERSON IS PRESENTLY

LUMBERS HIDDEN NEARBY THE ROAD OF SITIO GACSOD, BRGY COCOB, GUTALAC, ZAMBOANGA
DEL NORTE. IMMEDIATELY, PERSONNEL OF GUTALAC MPS LED BY SPO4 ALEXANDER AVILA
LOZADA PROCEEDED TO THE AREA AND SUCCESSFULLY RECOVERED SEVERAL FLETCHES OF
ASSORTED GOOD LUMBERS IN DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS WITH ESTIMATED VOLUME OF 400 BD.
FT. RECOVERED LUMBERS WERE BROUGHT TO GUTALAC MPS PRIOR SUBMISSION TO DENR.
PERSONNEL OF GUTALAC MPS IS STILL CONDUCTING FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATION FOR THE
POSSIBLE IDENTITY AND ARREST OF THE OWNER OF SAID LUMBERS.

DRIVEN BY JAPHET LIMBAGA CALAPIZ, 26 YEARS OLD, SINGLE AND A RESIDENT OF BRGY
DALUMPINAS, SAPANG DALAGA, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL WAS ACCIDENTALLY BUMPED A
PEDESTRIAN IDENTIFIED AS CATALINA CARBOLEDA TELLO, 66 YEARS OLD, MARRIED OF
SAID PLACE. INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED DISCLOSED THAT WHILE THE VICTIM WAS
CROSSING TOWARDS THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD, SHE WAS ACCIDENTALLY BUMPED BY THE
SAID MOTORCYCLE WHICH WAS TRAVELLING FROM S. OSMENA PROPER BOUND TO PAGADIAN
CITY. AS A RESULT, THE DRIVER AND THE PEDESTRIAN FELL ON THE ROAD SUSTAINING
INJURIES IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THEIR BODIES. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS BROUGHT TO
ZANORTE MEDICAL CENTER, DIPOLOG CITY WHILE DRIVER WAS ALSO BROUGHT TO PAGADIAN
CITY FOR MEDICATIONS. MOTORCYCLE INVOLVED WAS IMPOUNDED AT S. OSMENA MPS FOR

RECEIVED A REPORT THAT A DROWNING INCIDENT TRANSPIRED AT SUNSET BOULEVARD,
DAWO, DAPITAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE. INITIAL INVESTIGATION CONDUCTED
DISCLOSED THAT AT ABOUT 10:00 AM OF SAME DATE, THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS FRITZ
CIELA VIRADOR TEJADA, 13 YEARS OLD, FEMALE, AND A RESIDENT OF BRGY. POLO,
DAPITAN CITY WAS CELEBRATING HER 13TH BIRTHDAY WITH HER FRIENDS AT SUNSET
BOULEVARD, DAPITAN CITY. AT ABOUT 1:38 PM OF SAME DATE, THE VICTIM WAS
COLLECTING SEAWEEDS ALONG THE SHALLOW PART OF THE SEASHORE WHEREIN SHE
ACCIDENTALLY STEPPED ON THE DEEPER PORTION AND WAS CARRIED BY BIG WAVES AND
SUDDENLY DROWNED BY THE WATER. VICTIM WAS RESCUED AND BROUGHT TO DR. JOSE RIZAL
MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, DAPITAN CITY BUT WAS DECLARED DOA BY THE ATTENDING
PHYSICIAN. FURTHER, POST-MORTEM EXAMINATION CONDUCTED BY DR. ROLITO CATALUÑA-CHO
DISCLOSED THAT VICTIM DIED DUE TO ASPHYXIA SECONDARY TO DROWNING AND NO FOUL
PLAY NOTED. CADAVER OF THE VICTIM WAS TURNED-OVER TO HER RELATIVES FOR PROPER
DISPOSITION,
