Shooting Incident
SERGIO OSMEÑA - Shooting
incident had transpired at Sitio Banguinan, Purok 2, Barangay Pedagan, Sergio
Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:05 AM of July 31, 2017. The victim
identified as Allan Sumingcan Patihan, 36 years old, single, farmer a resident
of Barangay Guingona, Ozamiz City and temporarily residing at the
aforementioned place. He was brought to Zanorte Medical Center, Dipolog City due
to a gunshot wounds. Initial investigation disclosed that the victim together
with his uncle stayed and sleep at the makeshift hut on their farmland located
at the above-mentioned place when Rolly Patihan Amocay, of legal age, a
resident of the same place shot the victim using unknown caliber of firearm
hitting on his left shoulder. After the incident, the suspect fled to unknown
direction. Motive of the incident is believed to be personal grudge. Sergio
Osmena MPS is still conducting follow-up investigation for the possible arrest
of the suspect. Investigator-on-case is Po2 Danny Ogoc Dizon with contact

Robbery Incident
LEON B. POSTIGO - Robbery
incident occurred on July 30, 2017 at about 5:00 AM at the store of couples Jumar
De La Peña Guimalan, 29 years old and Cherrylyn Lustre Guimalan, 40 years old a
resident of Sitio Balik-Balik, Barangay Poblacion, Leon Postigo, Zamboanga Del
Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that the perpetrators gained entrance
and exit by forcibly detaching the jealousy blades at the ground floor and once
inside took the plastic box containing cash amounting to five thousand
(₱5,000.00) pesos. The perpetrators then proceeded to the master bedroom
located at the second floor and took the sling bag containing the following:
assorted ATM cards, ID”s, jewelries worth two thousand (₱2,000.00) pesos and
cash amounting to six hundred (₱600.00) pesos. Elements of Leon Postigo MPS are
still conducting follow-up investigation for the possible identity and arrest
of the suspects. Investigator-on-case is Spo2 Eusebio M. Cabual, with contact

Swindling Incident
LA LIBERTAD - Swindling
incident occurred on July 31, 2017 at about 6:00 PM at the house of Mr. Robert
Maquiling a resident of Barangay Mauswagon, La Libertad, Zamboanga Del Norte,
wherein one Charlie Maquiling who was at their resident and identified himself
as one of their relatives and demanded from them the amount of two thousand
(₱2,000.00) pesos. Immediately, elements of La Libertad MPS proceeded at the
reported place for follow-up investigation. An interview was conducted and they
discovered that an existing cellphone number of his half-sister was in the
possession of the suspect and upon verification it reveals that his true
identity was Dombeth Cabarnes Badillo, 36 years old, married a resident of Barangay
Dalipugan, Iligan City. The suspect was then arrested for swindling and
concealing his true identity and placed temporarily detained at La Libertad MPS
for proper disposition.
OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Farmer Held for Gun Tooting
KALAWIT - A farmer
was arrested by Kalawit MPS for gun tooting at Barangay Paraiso, Kalawit,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:15 PM of July 30, 2017. The suspect was identified
as Cleto Napigquit Del Monte, 31 years old, married, farmer and a resident of
the aforementioned place. Confiscated from his possession and control were; one
(1) unit colt caliber .45 pistol bearing
serial number 7803070 inserted with one (1) magazine with no ammunition with no
pertinent documents presented. Investigation disclosed that at about 4:00 pm of
the same date the suspect got wild and pointed a gun to a certain Moises Silva
Morata Jr., a CAFGU member and a resident of same place. The suspect and the
confiscated firearm were brought to Kalawit MPS for proper disposition.
Project Double Barrel
LILOY - The Drug
Enforcement Team of Liloy MPS and PDEA conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay
Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:40 PM of July 31, 2017. This resulted
in the arrest of Clinton Dumam-Ag Uy, 23 years old, single, a resident of the
above-mentioned place. Confiscated from his possession and control were: one
(1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu as buy-bust
item, one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu
for possession and two (2) pieces of one hundred (₱100.00) peso bill bearing
serial numbers d209409 and fv199585 as marked money. The inventory of the
confiscated items was done in the presence of Hon. Mervin V. Caperida, Barangay
Captain, Hon. Segundino T. Larato, Barangay Councilor of the aforementioned
place and Gilbert B Garcia Media Representative. The arrested person and the
confiscated items were brought to Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
JOSE DALMAN - Combined
operatives of Jose Dalman MPS and CIDG, Zamboanga Del Norte conducted manhunt
operation at Barangay Lipay, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 PM
of July 31, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of joel Eto Tudlisan, 27 years
old, single, a resident of Barangay Tamarok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte and
listed Top 2 Of The Most Wanted Person of Jose Dalman MPS. This is by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of rape in relation to RA 7610 docketed under
criminal case number s-5387 issued by Hon. Reymar Lacaya, Presiding Judge Of
Rtc Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte dated august 23, 2016 with no
bail-bond recommended. The accused is temporarily detained at Jose Dalman MPS for
proper disposition.
