RA 9262 violator Arrested
DAPITAN CITY - A bus driver was arrested at Barangay
Dawo, Dapitan City at about 6:00 PM of August 11, 2017. This after he was
accused by his live in partner identified as Jonabel Sayo Tacugi, 39 years old,
female, single, and a resident of Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City for physical abuse.
The suspect was Esteban Pontallas, 53 years old, male, a bus driver of Gloria
fantasyland. Accordingly, the victim with his live-in partner had an argument
with her live-in partner and accusing the victim of having another man but the
victim just kept ignoring the accusation. When the suspect arrived at their
rented room, he allegedly harassed the victim was dragged on the street,
slapped and boxed hitting on her face. Their neighbors called for police
assistance that resulted to the apprehension of the suspect.

MUTIA - PNP personnel of Mutia MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Tubac, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:30 PM of August 11, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of
Danilo Gaspin Nillas, 46 years old, farmer, male, single, and a resident of
Barangay Newland, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest
for Viol. of Sec. 261 (Q) in Relation to Sec. 264 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 881 in
Relation to COMELEC Res. No 10015” and “Illegal Possession of Firearms and
AMMO” docketed under CC# 21489 & 21490 issued by Hon. Cherry Joy C. Concha
Ageas, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 10, 9th Judicial Region Dipolog City, with
bail bond recommended to One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php 120,000.00) and
twelve thousand pesos (Php 12,000.00) respectively.

DIPOLOG CITY - Joint personnel of CIDG Zamboanga
del Norte and personnel of Dipolog conducted manhunt operation at Jasmine
Villas, Brgy Olingan, Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:25 AM of
August 11, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Mercidita Adriatico
Andriamparany, 47 years old, married and resident of Jasmine Villas, Olingan,
Dipolog City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Kenneth P. Rosal -
Presiding Judge of MTCC Branch 2, Dipolog City dated July 31, 2017 for Viol. of
BP Blg 22, docketed under CC# B-36632 and B36633 with bail bond recommended
amounted to Three Thousand Pesos (P3, 000.00) each.

SIBUCO - Personnel of Sibuco MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Sitio Lipuno, Brgy Limpapa, Sibuco, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
11:00 PM of August 11, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Renian Delos Santos,
28 years old and a resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued
by Judge Laarni N Dajao, of RTC Br 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte for Child
Abuse under Sec. 10 (A) of R.A 7610 and Serious Illegal Detention docketed in
CC# 2015-09-04(1252) and 2015-09-05(1253) with bail bond recommended amounted
to Eighty Thousand Pesos (80,000.00). The arrested
subject person is presently detained at Sibuco MPS for proper disposition.
