Report on Found
Dead Body
On May 15, 2018 at about 2:58 PM, a dead body
lying at the Municipal Road of Brgy Bitugan, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Immediately, personnel of Sirawai MPS together
with personnel from Zamboanga Del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company preceded
to the area to verify the veracity of the report.
Investigation conducted disclosed that the
victim identified as Nelboy Abuyo Cariño, 31, single, farmer and a resident of
Saint Mary, Sirawai.
Further, while the victim on-board his Rusi motorcycle
from Sirawai proper bound to Brgy Pisa Itom and upon arrival at the place of
incident, he was shot by unidentified suspect/s by the used of unknown caliber
of firearms.
Recovered from the crime scene were seven (7)
empty fired cartridges from unknown caliber of firearm and three (3) slugs.
Cadaver of the victim sustained Gunshot wounds was
properly turned-over to his relatives after the conduct of post mortem
examination by the Rural Health Unit of Sirawai and documentation by Sirawai
MPS.
Personnel of Sirawai MPS are still conducting
follow-up operation for the identity and possible arrest of the suspect.

Report on Alarm
and Scandal
On May 15, 2018 at about 10:46 AM, the person of
Jocelyn Pelayo, 30, married, a resident of Brgy Lawaan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del
Norte reported to Tampilisan MPS thru a cellphone call that a certain Joel
Paredes allegedly got wild particularly at their house.
Immediately, personnel of Tampilisan MPS
proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the report.
Investigation conducted disclosed that the
suspect Joel Paredes is a candidate for Brgy Kagawad of said Brgy under Armando
Pelayo also a candidate for Brgy Chairman.
Subject person did not win the election and got
wild passing to the house of Armando Pelayo by saying in visayan dialect
“Pagbantay mo kay pamatyon mo nako” and fled to unknown direction after the
incident.
Personnel of Tampilisan MPS are now conducting
follow-up operation for the possible arrest of the suspect.
Murder Suspect
Arrested in Dapitan
Operatives of Dapitan City Police Station
conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Banbanan, Dapitan City at about 9:30PM of
May 15, 2018.
This led to the arrest of Jeremy Gumahad Bocar,
29, and a resident of said place.
He was
arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Jose Rene Dondoyano of
Branch 6 of 9RTC, Dipolog City, dated March 10, 2018, for the crime of
Attempted Murder with CC no, 19054 with no bail bond recommended.
The suspect is presently detained at said police
station.
