Person Arrested in Sindangan
PNP Personnel of Sindangan MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte At
about 4:45 PM of May 28, 2018.
The operation resulted in the arrest of
Rolly Catane Jr., 29 years old, married, male, resident of Mamalad, Calamba,
Misamis Occidental.
This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest,
issued by Presiding Judge Roy P Morallon of RTC Branch 36, Calamba, Missamis Occidental
for Violation of 5 (B) and (i) of RA 9262 docketed under CC Nr 1473 with bail
bond fixed at Twenty Four Thousand Pesos
(P24, 000.00).
Arrested accused is now temporary
detained at Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
