Couple Arrested
for the Crime of Grave Oral Defamation in Dalman
On May 7, 2018 at about 8:00 AM, Personnel of J.
Dalman MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Tamarok, J. Dalman, Zamboanga Del
Norte that resulted in the arrest of Julito Dinawanao Bohol, 50, and his wife
Jemma Antifuesto Bohol, 45, both residents of said place.
Subject persons were arrested by virtue of Warrant
of Arrest issued by Judge Nimfa B Carreon-Padao of MCTC, 9 RTC, Sindangan, Zamboanga
Del Norte dated March 20, 2018, for the crime of Grave Oral Defamation,
docketed under CC no. 12919 with Bail Bond amounting to Php6,000.00 each.
Arrested wanted persons are now detained at Jose
Dalman MPS for proper disposition.

Violator Arrested in Dipolog City
On May 7, 2018 at about 9:00 AM, PNP personnel
of Dipolog CPS conducted manhunt operation at Padre Ramon St. Estaka, Dipolog
City that resulted in the arrest of Froilan Sorronda Jamito Sr, married, 62 y/o
and a resident of Brgy Galas, Dipolog City.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA issued by
Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of Br 7, 9RTC, Judicial Region, Dipolog City dated
January 23, 2018, for violation of Sec. 5 (i) of RA 9262, with CC no. 22120,
with bail bond amounting to (Php 24,000.00).
Arrested wanted person is now detained at
Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of
Wanted Person in Manukan
On May 07, 2018, at about
04:00PM, personnel of Manukan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Patagan,
Manukan ZDN and successfully arrested Magnun Ansali Mogawa, male, married, 35
yo and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA issued by
Judge Reymar L Lacaya of Br 11, 9RTC, Sindangan dated November 22, 2017 for the
crime of Qualified Theft of Coconuts, docketed under CC no. S-5696, with bail
bond amounting to Php20,000.
Arrested wanted person is now detained at
Manukan MPS for proper disposition.
