Suicide Incident
LILOY –
On February 19, 2018 at about 6:30 PM, a suicide incident transpired at
Barangay San Miguel, Liloy, Zamboanga Del
Norte and the body was already brought to Liloy Integrated Health District
Hospital. The victim was identified as Joselito
Garingo Jemina, male, married, Filipino, 31 years old and a resident of San
Miguel Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. Accordingly, victim was with his older
brothers were drying copra at their copra drier. A few minutes after, the
victim went to their house and at about
6:30 PM of
same date, his
wife Maryjane Cañete
Jemina discovered his husband inside the room of their house
hanging with a rope tying on his neck.
The attending physician Dr. Joseph E. Lim, Jr. declared the victim dead
on arrival. Investigator on-Case

Robbery Incident
SINDANGAN
– On February 19, 2018 at about 7:00 PM, the person of Daniel Eguanan Ledesma,
26 years old, male, Filipino, single, fish vendor and a resident of
Balik-Balik, Goleo, Sindangan, Zamboangadel Norte was robbed by unidentified perpetrators.
Investigation disclosed that,
while the victim
together with his
cousin Dodong Eguanan, 11 years
old, Filipino and a resident of Litolit, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte traversing
fromSiayan heading towards Sindangan on board on a Honda XRM 125 single motorcycle,
color blue bearing plate number 7902 JN but upon reaching at the blind curved
of the National Highway of Sitio Buyos, Piao, Sindangan, two (2) single
motorcycle tailing from his behind blocked his way that prompted him to
maneuvered his driven single motorcycle
and stopped at the edge of the road that prompted his back rider to quicklyran
away bound to unknown direction. One of the perpetrators wearing brown jacket
and black pants alighted to their single motorcycle, drew
something from his waist, and suddenly
kicked his single motorcycle causing it to fell down into the ground including him.
When he stood up, the said person kicked him hitting his stomach and told him
in local dialect to wit; “daghan naka
ug halin. ihatag nalang na namu kayamong gamiton!” in English, “i think you
have a lot of proceeds already from selling fish. give it to me because i will
use it!” because of fear, he immediately handed his carried black sling bag
containing his cash amounting to one thousand, two hundred pesos ( 1,200.00)
and Cherry Mobile cellular phone color black. Elements of Sindangan MPS
conducted hot pursuit and follow-up operation in order to identify and locate
the possible whereabouts of the suspects and tapped the neighboring police
