Fire Incident
DAPITAN
CITY - On February 16, 2018 at about 9:40 AM, PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS and
Dapitan City BFP responded a report on Fire incident transpired at Luzviminda
Maquiling Pension house situated at Road 23, Brgy Dawo Dapitan City. Initial
investigation disclosed that at around 9:30 AM of February 16, 2018 the fire
started at Room 2 of said Pension House due to electrical short circuit. The
BFP declared fire out at around 10:45 AM of same date with an estimated cost of
property damaged amounting to (Php800, 000.00).
RA 9262 Violator Nabbed
KATIPUNAN
- On February 16, 2018 at about 10:10PM, PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Brgy Dos, Poblacion Katipunan, Zamboanga Del
Norte and successfully arrested Ulysses Erasmo Laberan, 49, and a resident of
Brgy Daanglungsod, Katipunan. Accuse was arrested by virtue of WOA issued by
Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of Br 7, 9th RTC,
Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City dated March 26, 2016 for “Violation
of Sec. 5(i) of R.A. 9262”, docketed under Criminal Case No.: 20381 with
bailbond recommended amounting to (Php 60,000.00). Arrested wanted person is
now detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
Isuzu Truck Loaded with Lumbers
Held
SIRAWAI
- On February 16, 2018 at about 12:25 PM, PNP personnel of Sirawai MPS together
with 42nd IB, Philippine Army while conducting mobile patrol at Brgy Doña
Cecilia, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte, intercepted one (1) Isuzu cargo truck
loaded with more or less 491 board feet of lumber locally known as “ Lawaan”
driven by Boy Saing a resident of Poblacion, Sirawai, ZN. Said driver failed to
present pertinent documents and now under custody of Sirawai MPS for
investigation.
Man Held for Violation RA 9995
“Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act”
GUTALAC - On February 16, 2018 at about 11:30
AM, a 21-year old single, student and a resident of Barangay Buenavista,
Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte reported to Tampilisan MPS and narrated that her
ex-boyfriend identified as Agapito De Guzman Caballero, 46 years old, married a
resident of Barangay Talinga, Sindangan, once again contacted her that they
will meet for the purpose of making love in order for him to delete the nude
photos that he posted in the internet through Facebook. The victim also added
that if she refuses to do so, the suspect will post another nude photo and
video. The operatives of Tampilisan MPS immediately set-up an entrapment
operation and around 1:50 PM of same date, the suspect arrived at their meeting
place at National highway of Poblacion, Tampilisan, on board Honda XRM
motorcycle color blue and white combination with Plate No JN 7026 to pick-up
the victim. While the victim was about to rode the motorcycle PNP personnel
immediately arrested the suspect. Confiscated from the suspect’s possession was
one (1) unit Samsung cellular phone with nude photos of the victim in the
gallery. Arrested person is now under custody of Tampilisan MPS for filling
