Arrest
of Wanted Person
TAMPILISAN - Operatives of Tampilisan MPS conducted
manhunt operation thru service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Molos,
Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
10: 15 AM of February 13, 2018. This resulted in the arrest of Ariel Pasco
Bancairen, 25 years old, single, truck man by occupation at Gelbas Trucking,
Marikina City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon Judge
Anthony D Isaw , Presiding Judge 7th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Liloy- Tampilisan 9th Judicial
Region, Liloy Zamboanga Del Norte, dated October 19, 2011 with cc # 2742
for malicious mischief with recommended
bail bond for his temporary liberty is fixed at php 2, 000.00. Arrested subject
person was released from the custody of Tampilisn MPS after putting up the
required bail bond.
