2nd Progress on Abduction Incident
On
or about 3:45 pm of September 2, 2017, Siocon MPS received a report from
personnel of Siocon MDRRMC, Mr. Jennifer Aduca that the victim Feroza Hugasan Mindoon,
25 years old, married, housewife was seen dead at the uninhabited area of Brgy
Malipot, Siocon Zamboanga del Norte. Immediately, personnel of Siocon MPS together
with elements from 13th sf, pa and 42nd IB, pa with the personnel from RHU led
by Dra. Mary Theresa R. Acevedo-mho proceeded to the area to verify the
veracity of the report. Upon reaching thereat, it was found out that the report
was true the victim’s direct relatives identified the cadaver as that of the
victim of the recent abduction incident that transpired around 11:00 p.m. September
1, 2017. After the post mortem examination conducted, the victim sustained
several hack wounds on her body that resulted to her instantaneous death. The
cadaver was already at the custody of her direct family. Personnel of Siocon MPS
are still conducting in-depth investigation and validation to establish motive
and the identity and possible arrest of the perpetrators. Further, there were
names of persons of interest possibly linked to the incident but still subject
for validation and confirmation.
Arrest of wanted person
On
or about 10:05 am of September 2, 2017, personnel of Liloy MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Timan, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted in
the arrest of Giovannie Alunday Facturan, 39 years old, married and a resident
of said place, subject was arrested by virtue of woa issued by judge Oscar D. Tomarong of BR 28,
9th RTC, Liloy ZDS dated August 9, 2017, for violation of RA 9287, docketed
under cc# l-002928 with bail bond recommended amounted to (Php10,000.00). The
arrested wanted person is presently detained at Liloy MPS for proper
disposition.
Arrest of wanted person
On
or about 11:00 am of September 2, 2017, personnel of Gutalac MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Gocob, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted in
the arrest of Ernie Dumpalac Dompol, 37 years old and a resident of said place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA issued by judge Jerry B. Patcho of 6th MCTC,
Labason, ZDN dated August 22, 2017 for the crime of reckless imprudence
resulting in damage to property, docketed under cc no. 3783-g with bail bond recommended amounting
to (Php 12,000.00). Arrested wanted person is presently detained at Gutalac MPS
for proper disposition.
