Shooting incident
transpired at Purok 4, Brgy Nazareth, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 05:55 PM of September 04, 2017, wherein victim identified as Lorito Piano,
34 years old, and a resident of aforementioned place was shot by Roni Bal-As,
32 years old and Tito Bal-As, 30 years old both of said place. Victim sustained
gunshot wounds on his left shoulder and buttocks. Suspects fled to unknown
direction. The victim is still at the Brgy Proper of Brgy Nazareth, Sergio
Osmeña waiting for transportation to bring him to the nearest hospital. Further
info, weather condition on the said place is experiencing heavy rain falls and
the road is not passable due to strong current of water. Sergio Osmeña MPS conducted
follow up investigation to determine the motive and possible arrest of the
suspects. The investigator on case is PO2 Danny Ogoc Dizon with cellphone
number 09477250782.
Man Yielded Shabu
A suspicious man was
arrested after a suspect Shabu and other drug paraphernalia were seized from
his possession at, Sitio Liasan, Canuto Enerio Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte at
about 4:00 PM of September 4, 2017. The suspect was identified as Richard Bolak
Patringao, 47 years old, a resident of Nato, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
The evidence recovered are two (2) small transparent heat sealed plastic
sachets containing crystalline granules believe to be shabu wrapped in a
cigarette silver paper, 2 disposable lighters and 1 one hundred peso bill. Suspect
is presently detained at Gutalac MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Personnel of Siayan MPS
conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Siari, Brgy Gunyan, Siayan, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 11:45 AM of September 4, 2017. This resulted in arrest of Renante
Cais Andawe, 29 years old, married, and a resident of the abovementioned place.
This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Reymar L.
Lacaya, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, for the crime of
reckless imprudence resulting to serious physical injuries in relation to RA 7610
dated August 22, 2017, docketed under cc# s-5639 with bail bond recommended
amounting to twelve thousand pesos (p12,
000.00). He is presently detained at Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Operatives of Siocon MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Barangay Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 3:30 PM of
September 4, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Junel Palec Baradas, 30 years
old, married, businessman and a resident of aforementioned place. Subject
person was arrested at his residence by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge
Jerry P. Patcho of 4th MCTC, Siocon-Baliguian-Sirawai, Ninth Judicial Region,
Siocon for violation of art. 183 of the RPC (perjury) docketed under cc nr 3485
with bail bond recommended amounting to six thousand pesos (₱6,000.00) and for
violation of R.A 6713 docketed under cc numbers 3486 and 3487 with a total bail
bond recommended amounting to twenty thousand pesos (₱20,000.00). The arrested
subject person is presently detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition.

by a former member of CPP/NPA/NDF
PNP personnel of Zamboanga
Del Norte PPO-Provincial Intelligence Branch, Regional Intelligence Unit and
NICA proceeded to Sitio Budjong, Barangay Kauswagan, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 08:00 am of september 3, 2017 to fetch Marciano Gandiag, of
legal age, married and a resident of Nazareth, Sergio Osmena, Zamboanga Del
Norte, who submit himself to the authority to voluntarily surrender his
modified m1 Garand rifle with two magazines. Said person is an active member of
NG-BBC, WMRPC from 1975-1986 and went lie low up to present. However, he is
still visited by the members of NG-BBC for he was accordingly considered as
elder consultant of said group. The said modified m1 Garand rifle and two magazines
loaded with live ammunitions is under the custody of said police office for
proper disposition.
