Arrest of Wanted Person
Operatives of Salug MPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Sto. Niño, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 10:15 PM of
September 20, 2017. This resulted in arrest of Diosdado Ontolan - Brgy. Captain
of said barangay and Marlon Nugas Jr. of legal age, a resident of said place.
Both subjects person had standing warrant of arrest issued & duly signed by
Hon. Oscar D. Tomarong, Judge Of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Br 28, Liloy, Zamboanga
Del Norte for the Crime Of Murder docketed under cc no. l-003272 dated sept 7,
2017 with no bail bond recommended. The arrested subject person is presently
detained at salug mps for proper disposition.
