Arrest of Wanted Person
Elements of Tungawan MPS conducted
joint operation against wanted person at Sitio Paradise, Dacon Sirawai,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:30 PM of September 14, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of
rey torres joromat, 31 years old, male, married and a resident of Malungon,
Tungawan. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest docketed under cc nr.
15-135 for viol of sec. 3 (4) of pd 1613 for the crime of arson issued by Hon.
Ruben N. Bance Presiding Judge Of Rtc, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29 Of San
Miguel Zamboanga Del Sur. arrested subject person is presently detained at Tungawan
MPS for proper disposition.
