Alleged Abduction Incident
An alleged abduction incident transpired at Brgy Malipot, Siocon, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 11:30 PM of September 1, 2017. The victim was identified as
Feroza Hugasan Mindoon, 25 years old, married; housewife a resident of said
place. She was forcibly taken by three (3) armed men at their residence and
fled on foot to undisclosed direction. Elements of Siocon MPS together with13th
Special Forces and 42nd IB, Phil Army is now conducting pursuit operation. Investigator-on-case
is Po2 Siegfried M. Dela Cruz with cellphone number 0917-7665-763.
Stabbing Incident
Stabbing incident transpired at Sitio Lupag, Brgy Malintoboan, Labason, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about
3:30 PM of September 1, 2017. Labason MPS conducted follow up operation that
resulted to the arrest of suspect identified as Marlon Amigo Caermare , 38
years old, married, male, fisherman and a resident of said place. Initial
investigation disclosed that at around 3PM of same date the victim identified
as Joey Balberde Ogong, 37 years old, male, single, fisherman and a resident of
said place was watching television at the house of one Raymond Barangga,
situated also on same place. When suddenly the suspect arrived and without any
provocation stabbed the victim hitting at his abdomen and on his left arm and
was brought to Liloy District Hospital. The suspect fled away after the
incident but was arrested by responding PNP personnel, recovered from his
possession was 12.8 inches knife. He is now under custody of Labason MPS for
proper disposition.
Service of Search Warrant
Operatives of Katipunan MPS served the Search warrant no. 01-17 for
violation of RA 9165 signed by Presiding Judge Victoriano D. Lacaya, Jr. Of RTC,
Branch 9, Dipolog City Dated August 22, 2017 at Purok Saging, Brgy. Seres,
Katipunan at about
9:00 PM of August 31, 2017, against Rogelio Asay Samson, male, 50 years old,
married resident of aforementioned place. Confiscated from his possession and
control were: five (5) pieces small sachets believed to be shabu; one (1) piece
small round vicks vaporub empty container which was used as container of
five pieces small sachets of shabu; one (1) piece small roll of aluminum
foil; and two (2) pieces color orange disposable lighters. Suspect is
categorized as newly identified level 1, High Value Target (HVT) of Katipunan
MPS under the linked diagram of Alger Samson Bagor. Said arrested person and
confiscated items are now under the custody of Katipunan MPS.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Elements of Gutalac MPS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Bacong,
Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 2:30 PM of September 1, 2017. Arrested was Nelson Pallega Vega,
41 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of said place. This is by
virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Jerry B. Patcho, Presiding Judge,
6th MCTC, Labason dated August 22, 2017 for the crime of attempted homicide
docketed under criminal case nr. 3790-g
with bail bond recommended of ₱12,000.00. he is presently detained at Gutalac
MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Personnel of Kalawit MPS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Palalian,
Kalawit, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:30 PM of September 1, 2017 and
successfully arrested Rodolfo Dalangon Galimon, 18 years old, single, farmer
and a resident of said place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding
Judge Oscar D. Tomarong, of RTC 9 Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zn Dated
July 11, 2017 for two (2) counts rape under criminal case numbers l-003200 and
l-003204 with no bail bond recommended. Subject is presently detained at Kalawit
MPS lock-up cell for proper disposition.
