DIPOLOG CITY - Vehicular
accident transpired at Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay Gulayon, Dipolog City,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:35 AM of June 21, 2017 involving two (2) motorcycles
to wit: vehicle 1 Honda beat color white, with no plate number attached driven
by Nelson Omandam Velasco, 62 years old, married, a holder of professional driver’s
license number jo1-75-001382, with back rider identified as Caciana Lagang velasco,
63 years old, married, both residents of the above-mentioned place and vehicle
2 Yamaha Vega color black bearing plate number 8322jh registered under the name
of Jinnefer Agum driven by Jhonley Palma Goden, 39 years old, married, a holder
of non-professional driver’s license number jo1-75-001382 with backrider
identified as jennifer otto goden, 51 years old, married, both residents of Barangay
Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that
while the vehicle 1 was travelling from north direction and was about to turn
left going to barangay road of Gulayon, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte accidentally
hit by the vehicle 2 which was travelling on the same direction. the back rider
of the vehicle 2 sustained injuries on the different parts of her body and
immediately brought to Zamboanga Del Norte Service Cooperative Hospital for
treatment but declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The vehicle
1 incurred damages and was temporarily impounded at Gulayon Police Outpost. Investigator-on-case

SINDANGAN
- Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the evening of June 21, 2017, a
Motorvehicular traffic accident transpired along the Barangay road of Barangay
Disud, Sindangan Zamboanga del Norte particularly in front of Lofer Warehouse
involving two (2) vehicles described as follows: a.Vehicle-1, one (1) red Isuzu
Cargo Truck, bearing plate number KCU 630, engine number 8PC1-973663, chassis
number PLY03-00073, CR number 10218023-4 with L.T.O OR number 968417973 dated
Oct. 06,2016 owned and driven by JACINTO TUMARONG y ELOPRE, 54 years old, male,
married, Filipino, businessman and a resident of Barangay Tinaplan, Sindangan
ZN holder of a professional driver’s license number J01-00-032223 valid until
October 09, 2017,b.Vehicle-2,1 one KYMCO motorcycle black, without plate no. and by driven by JUNRYL ABAJAR y MAGSAYO, 30
years old, male, married, Filipino, baker of Julies bakeshop, no drivers
licensed, no OR and CR presented with backrider Renan Menti y Uyod, 17 years
old, male, single, Filipino, employee of Julies Bakeshop both resident of
Barangay Calatunan, Sindangan ZN. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that,
the vehicle-1 was parked along the Barangay road of Barangay Disud, Sindangan
ZN with hazard lights on while unloading the cargoes and was accidentally
bumped by the vehicle-2 hitting at the rear portion of the vehicle-1 that
resulted to the driver and backrider of vehicle-2 sustained injuries on
different parts of their bodies and was immediately brought to Sindangan
District Hospital by the concerned citizen for immediate medical attention but the
driver was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician Dr. NIDA
RAMOS. Both vehicles involved were now deposited to Sindangan MPS while the
cadaver of the driver was properly turned-over to his wife for proper
disposition.For information.

Arrest of Wanted Person
DAPITAN CITY - Combined
elements of Dapitan City Police Station and Ginatilan Police Station, Cebu City
Police Office conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Sinonoc, Dapitan City,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:00 PM of June 20, 2017. This resulted in the
arrest of Raffy Ferrater Abuso, 32 years old, married, a resident of Barangay
Sto. Niño, Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte. He was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest for the crime of rape issued by Hon. Geraldine A Econg Acting
Judge of RTC, Branch 32, Oslob, Cebu City docketed under criminal case number
os-08-537 and os-08-538 dated November 13, 2008 with no bail-bond recommended. Subject
person is temporarily detained at Guintilan MPS, Cebu Police Provincial Police
Office for proper disposition.

- Be informed that at around 11:00 o’clock in the evening of June 21, 2017 MDET
members of Manukan MPS led by PCI NESTOR

PO2 Martin Medillin Carcedo, PO2 Geneson Ortega Sagario, PO2 Jonathan Fariolan Carbonilla,
PO2 Nelbert A. Martinez, PO1 Jonel Gumacial Quimno, PO1 Junryl Daniel Catipay
and PO1 Llamarichie Langutan Barrios conducted briefing on Buy Bust Operation and service of Search
Warrant to three (3) newly identified HVT (High Value Target) level 2; ROMAN
ONGNAN, GILBERT SASUMAN GUMINDASA and ERNESTO RECAPENTE y BELOGOLO aka “Nonie”.
After said briefing, coordinated to PDEA Zanorte for the said operation. At
around 2:30 o’clock dawn of June 22, 2017 the above-mentioned team proceeded to
Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan, ZN. Buy Bust was conducted outside the residence
of aforementioned subjects thru poseur buyer PO2 Nelbert Martinez, buy bust
operation yielded positive on Illegal Drugs and immediately arrested ERNESTO
RECAPENTE y BELOGOLO aka “Nonie”, 57 years old, married, livestock buyer,
resident of Brgy. Don Jose Aguirre, Manukan ZN. Items confiscated/seized from
his possession and control; 1 pc Five Hundred Peso paper Bill with serial
number YB512046 – buy bust money. Confiscated from the house of the subjects
are the ff. a. One (1) heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white
crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy bust item).; b. Three (3) heat
sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline granules
believed to be shabu, c. seven (7) pcs cut aluminum foil, d. 1 pc Palawan ID
Suki Card, e. 1 pc voters ID of Romanito Ongnan, f. 1 roll Aluminum foil, g. 4
pcs assorted cellphone, h. 3 pcs assorted lighters, i. 1 pc stainless scissor,
j. 4 pcs transparent plastic sachet, k. 1 pc wallet, l. 1,440 cash as proceeds
from Illegal Drugs. Inventory and Marking was done in the present/witnessed by
Mr. Arjie Cerna, local radio reporter, Hon. Melecio Embate Jr., Brgy.
Councilor. Recovered items are deposited at Manukan MPS prior filing of
appropriate case in court while confiscated drugs are to be submitted to
Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (PCLO). Arrested person is listed as HVT
(High Value Target) level 2 is now detained at Manukan MPS for filling
