Vehicle Traffic Accident

- Be
informed that at about 5:45 o’clock in the morning of June 14, 2017, a motor
vehicle traffic accident transpired along the national highway of Brgy Poblacion
Bajo, S. Osmena Z.N. involving two (2) vehicles described as follows: a. Veh1 -
Rural Transit Passenger Bus driven by CALIXTO CINCO y PAROJINOG, 58 years old,
married a resident Polanco, Z.N.; while b.Veh2 - Bajaj CT100 Kawasaki
motorcycle driven by SAMUEL Y. TAGSIP, 46 years old single, farmer a resident
of Sudlon, Molave, Z.S. with back rider identified as Benjie Cardosa y Balili.
18 years old, Single, farmer and a resident of Tiparak, Tambulig, Z.S. . Initial
investigation conducted disclosed that while vehicle -2 was travelling from
Molave to Dipolog City and upon reaching at the place of accident, the driver
lost control of his driven MC and encroached to the other lane of the road and
subsequently bumped to veh1 which was also travelling from opposite direction.
As a result, the riders of veh2 fell on the road and sustained serious injuries
in the different parts of their body. Both victims were brought to S. Osmena
District Hospital but were pronounced DOA by the attending Physician. Driver of
veh1 was detained at S. Osmena MPS while both vehicles were also in the custody
of said police station for proper disposition. For information.

Incident
SALUG
- Be informed that on or about 2:14o’clock in the afternoon of June 14, 2017,
one Sarah Montanio, 58 years old, married, farmer
and a resident of Sitio Abono, Barangay Mucas, Salug,
Zamboanga del Norte personally appeared, reported at Salug MPS that on or
about 6:00 o’clock in the evening of June 13, 2017 their house which was
situated at the above-mentioned place was allegedly lit by unknown person which
resulted to totally razed by fire. Immediately, at about 2:45 o’clock in the
afternoon, personnel of Salug MPS led by PCI VEDASTO J DASMARIÑAS responded the
said incident and to conduct investigation. Initial investigation disclosed
that at about 6:30 o’clock in the evening of June 13, 2017, the unidentified
perpetrator/s used a dried leaf of coconut to burn the residential house of the
victim. Further investigation disclosed that the subject residential house has
been temporarily abandoned by the owners after they were strapping last year by
members of Criminal Gang known as “Muloc Group” on the suspicion that they were
the one who provided information that resulted to the death of their two
members during the law enforcement operation initiated by ZNPIB and ZNPPSC on
year 2015. Personnel of Salug MPS still conducting follow-up investigation for
the immediate identification and arrest of the suspect/s.The estimated damaged -
One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00). Motive of the incident believed to
be revenge or personal grudge. For information.
Accomplishment Report
on Campaign Against Illegal Drugs and Violation of R.P.C.Art. 178
LA
LIBERTAD - Be informed that at about 11:15 o’clock in the morning of June 15,
2017, at Barangay Poblacion, La Libertad, ZDN, elements of La Libertad MPS led
by PI RONALD ALLAN E TINGAS, OIC, while conducting checkpoint, arrested one CHRISTIAN AVILA y CABILLON aka“King”, 34 years old, single
and a resident of Barangay Cogon, Dumanjog, Cebu for Violation of Sec. 11
and 12 of R.A. 9165 and Viol of RPC Art. 178 using Fictitious Name and
concealing true name. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that at about
11:15 o’clock in the morning ofJune 15, 2017 personnel of La Libertad MPS led
by the OIC, conducted Fixed Checkpoint along Provincial road of Barangay
Poblacion, La Libertad, Z.N. That while on the process of accosting and
checking all vehicles, one passenger failed to show his identification card or
any valid ID and act suspiciously prompted the verifier to interrogate and upon
opening his carried baggage’s found in his possession six (6) copies of
different Extract Blotters coming from different Municipal Police Station, with
different used names and all with same record purposes of LOST WALLET. The team
also confiscated from his possession three (3) transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline granules, one (1) rolled aluminum foil, and other
personal belongings. Immediately, the suspect was brought to La Libertad MPS
for proper inventory of confiscated items while the
suspect was temporarily detained at said police station for proper disposition
and for filing of appropriate charges in court. During theTactical Interrogation
found out and subject revealed that his true identity is CHRISTIAN AVILA y CABILLON,
34 years old, single, and a resident of Barangay Cogon, Dumanjog Cebu. The
suspect further revealed that he was once a convicted prisoner for the crime of
“Theft” and was detained at Cebu Provincial and Detention and Rehabilitation
Centerin the year 2011 to 2012 and further committed at the National Bilibid
Prison, Munting Lupa City in the year 2012-2013 to serve his sentence. For
