Hacking Incident
SIRAWAI - Hacking
incident transpired at Brgy. San Nicolas, Sirawai, Zamboanga Del Norte at about
6:25 PM of June 10, 2017, wherein victim Johny Sanggada Lumais, 32 years old,
married, of said place, and employee of Dacon company was hacked by Jonathan
Lumiguis Takuning, of legal age, of same place. Investigation disclosed that
the victim and suspect were having a drinking spree and when both got drunk,
they had a heated argument that ended to the said incident. The suspect hacked
the victim hitting on the different parts of his body and was brought to Sirawai
Rural Health Unit for immediate medical attention. Suspect was arrested by the
responding PNP personnel. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Sirawai
MPS for proper disposition.

Arrest of Wanted Person
DAPITAN CITY - A
16- year old teen was arrested for the crime of theft at Barangay Talisay,
Dapitan City, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:30 PM of June
10, 2017. Suspect was identified as Gabriel Cenio, 16 years old, male and a
resident of above-mentioned place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest
issued by Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch
7, Dipolog City for the crime of theft docketed under cc no. 21645 dated may
26, 2017 with bail bond recommended amounting to ten thousand pesos
(p10,000.00). He was brought to City Health Office for physical check-up and
was turned-over to CSWD, Dapitan City for proper disposition.
