LILOY
- Be informed that at about 3:35 o’clock in the morning of June 1, 2017, Liloy
MPS received a report from PO2 Alsadar Matarul informing thru cellphone call
that there was a commotion transpired at Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del
Norte particularly in front of Julies Bakeshop. Alert team of Liloy MPS led by
SPO2 Edmund C. Sala together with PO3 Allayn Ancheta and PO1 Jo-an Utong responded to the said placed to verify the veracity of the report, upon
reaching thereat, the responding team found out that there was a boxing
incident happened wherein one LEO TEJERO y TAYRUS, 37 years old, single a
resident of Villa M. Tejero, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte while driving his
motorcycle together with MR JOSE DANLOG JR y GOMEZ, 45 years old, married and a
resident of Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte as his back rider while
they were conducting roving as part of their duties and responsibilities as
assigned watchman of LGU Liloy and upon reaching in front of Julies Bakeshop a group of teenager on board
two motorcycles block their way and
without apparent reason a certain IAN GRANT MARAON CABALLERO boxed Mr Leo
Tejero y Tayrus hitting at his left face which started the commotion. Said
teenagers believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor during the
incident. Incident happened at about 3:55 o’clock in the morning of same date.
Said teenagers were identified as Ian Grant Maraon Caballero, 26 years old,
single and a resident of Pob. East Salug, ZN, Jerome Taruc Bahian, 25 years
old, single and a resident of Lawagan, Labason, ZN, Marvin EranCulanculan,23
years old, single and a resident of Sitio Diongan Barangay Siparok, Jose
Dalman, ZN, Daniel Tupoli Pallega, 23 years old and a resident of Fatima,
Salug, Zamboanga del Norte and one Abil Gorgon Garganian, 23 years old and a
resident of Pob. East Salug, ZN. Arrested suspects was properly informed of
their constitutional rights and anti-torture law and was brought to Liloy
Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination and liquor testing.
Suspects are now under the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition. For

LILOY
- Be informed that at about 9:50 o’clock
in the morning of June 1, 2017, a walk in complainant identified as BENEDICTO
AMATE y CANIT, male, married, 38 years old, driver by occupation and a resident
of Causwagan, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte came to Liloy MPS and reported that he
was warned by his co Jeepney drivers not to go to the Liloy Bus and Food
terminal because a certain MICHAEL DOYOGAN y SORIANO, 34 years old, married a
resident of Purok San Jose Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte also a
Jeepney driver is drinking an intoxicating liquor and uttered threatening
words. Immediately, alert team of Liloy MPS led by SPO2 Edmund C. Sala – OPN
PNCO together with SPO2 Maximo Canico, PO3 Allayn Ancheta PO2 Alsadar Matarul
and PO1 Muhammad Sapie accompanied the reporter purposely to verify the
veracity of his report and likewise to settle their personal problem. But upon
reaching at the Liloy Bus and Food Terminal, the suspect Mr Michael Doyogan y
Soriano hurriedly approached the victim Mr Benedicto Amante y Canit and without
apparent reason boxed him hitting on his left shoulder. Immediately PNP
personnel Liloy MPS approached the suspect to pacify him and commanded him to
be calm, but the suspect ignore the responding team, despite he resisted and
beaten SPO2 Maximo Canico on his carried back pack which prompted the co Police
Officer to arrest the suspect during the course of the arrest, SPO2 Edmund C.
Sala sustained scratches on his both hands. Suspect believed to be under the
influence of intoxicating liquor during the said incident. Incident happened at
about 10:00 o’clock in the morning of same date at Liloy Bus and Food Terminal,
Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte. Recovered from suspect position
and control were one (1) pc back pack color blue and black combination and two
(2) pcs of amulet (Anting-anting). Arrested suspect was properly informed of
his constitutional rights and anti-torture law and was brought to Liloy
Integrated Health District Hospital for medical examination and liquor testing.
SPO2 Edmund C. Sala also submitted himself for medical examination. Suspect is
now under the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition.For information.

Arrest of Wanted Person
TAMPILISAN
- Operatives of Tampilisan MPS conducted manhunt
operation at Barangay Banbanan, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 2:00
AM of June 1, 2017. This resulted in the arrest of Jose Antiquina Fernandez, 53
years old, married, Barangay Kagawad and a resident of the above-mentioned
place. subject person was arrested by
virtue of warrant of arrest per authority of the resolution dated May
18, 2017 by the former twenty-third (23rd) division of the Court Of Appeals,
Justice Edgardo T Lloren, Chairperson, Justice Rafael Antonio M Santos, And
Justice Ruben Reynaldo G Roxas, as members, duly signed by Attorney Melody
Sherry R Chan, Division Clerk Of Court docketed under criminal case number
ca-g.r. cr number 01420-min, with recommended bail-bond of forty thousand
(₱40,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. The accused was brought to Tampilisan
MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Rape Suspect
SINDANGAN - Operatives
of Sindangan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay RG Macias, Sindangan,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 12:00 PM of June 1, 2017. Arrested was Rolly
Gomosa Liga, 31 years old, married, a fisherman by occupation and a resident of
the above-mentioned place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime
of rape in relation to RA 7610 issued by Hon Reymar L Lacaya, Presiding Judge
Of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte docketed under
criminal case numbers s-5560, s-5561, s-5562, s-5563, s-5581, s-5582, s-5583,
s-5584, s-5585, s-5586 and s-5587 with
no bail-bond recommended. Subject person was brought to Sindangan MPS for
proper disposition.
