Incident
SIBUCO
- Be informed that on or about 6:45 o’clock in the morning of May 3, 2017
Sibuco MPS received report that a hacking incident transpired at SoTigbuaya,
brgy Poblacion, Sibuco, ZN. wherein the victim identified as ROGELIO SAPLOT y
PACATANG, 70 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of said place, who
sustained five (5) hacked wounds at different parts of his body that resulted
to his instantaneous death. Suspect identified as RUBEN TUMATAL "aka"
TATA who fled away after the incident. Initial investigation disclosed that at
around 10:00 o’clock in the morning of May 2, 2017 the duo had a heated
argument at the residence of the victim. Motive of the incident is yet to be

JOSE DALMAN - Be
informed that on or about 12:05 o’clock in the afternoon of May 03, 2017 Jose
Dalman MPS received report on drowning incident transpired at Brgy. Poblacion,
Jose Dalman, ZN. Team led by PO3 Epaphras U Galleposo II together with DR.
ELLAINE JEAN ERFE-Municipal Health Officer proceeded to the said place.
Investigation disclosed, that on or about 11:00 o’clock in the morning of May
3, 2017 a certain Gil Nomo Y Tungoan, 10 years old, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman, ZN together with other
children were having a bath at the deep portion of the river at Brgy.
Poblacion, Jose Dalman, ZN. Suddenly a certain RICHIE MALUPANGUE y LOMO, 26
years old, mentally ill also a resident of same place join them in swimming.
Gil Nomo, tried to stop him considering that (RICHIE) the victim doesn’t know
how to swim, however the victim ignored and jumped into the deep portion and
minutes later did not surface. The later asked for help and informed the family
of the victim. Searched and rescue operation was undertaken and recovered the
lifeless body of the victim. Further investigation disclosed by DR. ELLAINE
JEAN ERFE that the victim died due to Cardiopulmonary Arrest secondary to
drowning. Cadaver of the victim was turned over to his family. For information.

Arrest of Suspect on Resistance and Serious Disobedience to an Agent of person
in Authority
SALUG
- Be informed that on or about 5:30 o’clock in the afternoon of May 4, 2017, at
Salug MPS, Salug, ZN one Hon. BaharaDiabo, SB member of the municipality of
Godod, ZN was arrested by the elements of Salug MPS after he showed resistance
and forciblytook without valid reason and clearance the impounded motorcycle atSalug
MPS. Said motorcycle was driven by certain Naser P. Minangaand was intercepted
by personnel of Salug MPS at COMPAC Mucas, Mucas, Salug ZN last April 13, 2017
for violation of Driving without License and expired OR. Said person now
detained at Salug MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.For

Arrest of Suspect on Resistance and Serious Disobedience to an Agent of person
in Authority
MANUKAN
- Be informed that at around 5:45 o’clock in the afternoon May 4, 2017 PO3
Rainger Salvo, PO2 Dhomar Mansinagin and PO1 Jhon Walfie Lumicay brought and
turn over to Manukan MPS the living body of DELON SAGARIO DURAN, 50 years old,
married, male, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Punta Blanca, Manukan,
Zamboanga del Norte subject person was arrested after he assaulted the above-mentioned
PNP personnel while performing duty at the outpost situated at beside the
National high way of Brgy. Poblacion, Manukan Zamboanga del Norte. Initial
investigation disclosed that at around 5:30 o’clock in the afternoonof May 4,
2017 while the above-mentioned PNP personnel conducting their routinely duty at
the outpost situated beside the National Highway of Brgy. Poblacion, Manukan
Zamboanga, during the tour of their duty, one motorist catch their attention
while driving in zigzag motion with a loud improvise muffler. When they call
the attention, and confront the said motorist who identified as one Delon S.
Duran, they found out that the saiddriver is believed to be under the influence
of intoxicating liquor, driving without driver’s license and there is no
pertinent document for his motorcycle. During the confrontation said driver
arrogantly answered the above-mentioned PNP elements, showed resistance and
uttered threatening words which quote in visayan dialect to wit; “Basin
makulobinyongbulugasan, dilikomahadlokninyo.” When the above mentioned PNP
personnel is about to issued impounding receipt to his driven motorcycle for
the violationsaid driver quickly start his driven motorcycle and try to escaped
from the PNP personnel but PO2 DhomarMansinagin was able to hold the rear
portion of the motorcycle. Suspect now temporarily detained at Manukan MPS for
filing appropriate charges in court. For information.

MUTIA - Joint elements
of Liloy MPS and Mutia MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Buenaswerte,
Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00 AM of May 4, 2017. This resulted in
the arrest of joseph miras ontoy aka loyloy, 21 years old, single, a resident
of the above-mentioned place. subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant
of arrest for the crime of acts of lasciviousness issued by Hon Rogelio I
Laquihon, Presiding Judge Of Branch 7, Rtc 9 Dipolog City docketed under
criminal case number 17382 dated april 19, 2013 with recommended bail-bond of
twelve thousand (₱12,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. the arrested
person was brought to liloy mps for proper disposition. progress report will
follow.

LEON B. POSTIGO - Combined
operatives of Leon Postigo MPS and CIDG arrested the person of Edwin F
Asentista, 26 years old at Barangay Bogabongan, Leon B Postigo, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 1:30 PM of May 4, 2017. This is by virtue of warrant for the
crime of rape issued by Hon. Reymar L. Lacaya Presiding Judge of RTC 9, Branch
11, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte Dated March 20, 2017 docketed under criminal
case number s-5518, with no bail-bond recommended. He is temporarily detained
at Leon B Postigo MPS for proper disposition.

JOSE DALMAN - Be informed that at about 7:00 o’clock in the morning of May 03, 2017, Jose Dalman MPS led by PCI VERGIL BDDARIO-OIC arrested PUBLEO SARTE y VILBARalyas “PABLING”, 81 years old, married and a resident of BrgyManawan, Jose Dalman, ZN charged for the crime of “QUALIFIED THEFT OF COCONUT”docketed in criminal case no. S-4922 with bail of (P24,000.00) issued by Judge REYMAR L. LACAYA of RTC branch 11, Sindangan, ZN dated May 27, 2014. Subject was arrested at his residence and now detained at Jose Dalman MPS. LILOY - Be informed that at about 6:00 o’clock in the morning of May 4, 2017 at Brgy Baybay Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, joint elements of Liloy MPS led by PCI JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO III and Mutia MPS led by PI JEFFERSON P. ARELLANO, arrested one JOSEPH ONTOY y MIRAS alias “LOYLOY” male, Filipino, 21 years old, single, currently working as under water diver (Bosiro) at Momar fishing boat, and a resident of Buenaswerte, Mutia ZN by virtue of alias warrant of arrest signed and issued by Hon. Judge Rogelio I. Laquihon of RTC Branch 7 Dipolog City for the crime of “Acts of Lasciviousness in Relation to RA 7610”docketed in Criminal case no. 17382 dated April 19, 2013 with a bail bond recommended to Twelve thousand pesos (Php12,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Accused was arrested at about 10:30 o’clock in the morning of May 4, 2017 by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Rogelio D. Laquihon-Presiding judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region Branch 7 of Dipolog City dated February 27, 2017 for “OTHER LIGHT THREATS IN RELATION TO R.A. 7610” docketed under criminal case Nos. 20197 and 20918 with bail recommended for his temporary liberty fixed to two thousand (Php2,000.00) pesos Philippine currency.
