Rape Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Rape
incident occurred at the rented house of victim in Sitio Lobing-Ogis, Barangay
Galas, Dipolog City. Suspect was identified as Zaldy Almedella Matabalan, 43
years old, widow and a resident of said place. The victim was identified as Anna
Matabalan, 17 years old, a resident of same place. Suspect allegedly sexually
molested/rape the victim at about 11:45 PM of May 8, 2017 inside their rented
house at Sitio Lobing-Ogis, Galas, Dipolog City. Further added that she was
started sexually molested by the suspect when she was 9 years old by kissing
her breast and touching her vagina and it happened repeatedly, until her father
successfully raped her when she was 13 years old and repeatedly raped her every
other day that usually happened at around 11:00 PM. arrested subject person is
presently detained at Dipolog CPS for filing of appropriate charges in court.

DAPITAN CITY - Elements
of Dapitan CPS conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Tutua, Brgy. Sulangon,
Dapitan City at about 6:00 PM of May 9, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Alexande
Baes Galleposo, 40 years old, married, male and a resident of the Brgy Tamion,
Dapitan City. Subject was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding
Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon Of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7 for the crime
of RA 9262 docketed under cc numbers 15165, 15465 and 15466 dated November 24,
2008 with bail bond recommended amounting to twenty-four thousand pesos
(p24,000.00) each case. Arrested subject person is presently detained at Dapitan
CPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
KATIPUNAN - Elements of
Katipunan MPS conducted manhunt operation at Barangay Daanglongsod, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte
at about 1:30 PM of
May 9, 2017. This resulted to the arrest of Marlon Marabulas, 35 years old,
male, married and a resident in Purok Saging, Barangay Daanglongsod, Katipunan,
Zamboanga Del Norte. Subject person has standing warrant of arrest issued by Hon.
Alnaiza T. Hassiman-Jamud, Presiding Judge, 5th Mctc Of Katipunan-Sergio Osmeña
Sr., 9th Judicial Region, Katipunan, Zamboanga Del Norte Dated April 28, 2017,
for the crime of grave threats docketed under cc# 018-17(k) with bail bond
recommended amounted twelve thousand pesos (php 12,000.00). Arrested subject
person is presently detained at Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
