Arrest of Wanted Person
LABASON - Operatives
of Labason MPS conducted police operation at Barangay San Antonio, Labason,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 9:45 AM of May 22, 2017. Arrested was Necasio Akla
Aka Bongki, 41 years old, married a resident of Barangay Antonino, Labason,
Zamboanga Del Norte. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon.
Jerry B Patcho Presiding Judge Of 6th
MCTC, Labason, Gutalac, Kalawit, Ninth Judicial Region, Zamboanga Del Norte for
violation of PD 1602 docketed under criminal case number 3785 with recommended
bail-bond of twelve thousand pesos (₱12,000.00) for his temporary liberty. Subject
person is temporarily detained at Labason MPS for proper disposition.

ROXAS - Operatives of
Roxas MPS conducted operation at Dicomi Compound, Barangay Lower Irasan, Roxas,
Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 PM of May 22, 2017. Arrested was Shegfred A
Razo, 31 years old, a resident of Barangay Galukso, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte who
was charge for the crime of qualified theft issued by Hon. Oscar D Tomarong,
Presiding Judge, RTC 9 Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte dated
May 15, 2017 docketed under criminal case number l002804 with recommended bail-bond
of twenty four thousand (₱24,000.00) pesos for his temporary liberty. He is
presently detained at Roxas MPS for proper disposition.
