REPORTED INCIDENTS - October 30, 2016

Shooting Incident
TAMPILISAN - Shooting incident has transpired at Barangay Camul, Tampilisan, Zamboanga Del Norte on October 28, 2016 at about 8:10 wherein the victim identified as Santiago Daniel Remollo, 45 years old, married a resident of the above mentioned place who was shot by Edwin Manait Paisano, 30 years old, single a resident of same place. Victim sustained a lone gunshot wound on his left foot and was brought to the nearest hospital for treatment while the suspect fled to unknown direction after the commission of the crime. Responding elements of Tampilisan MPS recovered one (1) empty shell of caliber .45 pistols at the crime scene. Tampilisan Mps are still conducting manhunt operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident is still to be determined.

Alleged Abduction Incident
SALUG - An alleged hostage taking transpired at Barangay Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte on october 28, 2016 at about 12:00 noon wherein Sitti Honey Sanipa Sappal, 5 years old, minor was held hostage by two (2) unidentified suspect armed with a caliber .45 pistol and brought on foot by the suspects to Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte. upon reaching at compac kayok they sense that the elements of 42nd IB, Philippine Army was already informed of the incident, the suspects then withdrew bringing with them the victim crossing the mucas river going to Sitio Sipihan, Abuno Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte. The responding team followed the reported route of the suspects and blocked all their possible exit points. Further, the responding team noticed that there were no signs of hostage taking or abduction that took place. The guardian of the alleged abducted child who was later identified as Abdulazis Amud was asked to put into record at salug mps the said incident.

Accomplishment Report on the Neutralization and Arrest Of Suspects On Alleged Kidnapping Incident That Transpired In Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte On October 28, 2016
LILOY - Please be informed that October 29, 2016 at about 9:30 am, liloy mps received information from a concerned citizen regarding the positive location and physical appearances of the suspects of the alleged kidnapping incident that transpired in Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte On October 28, 2016 wherein the suspects and the kidnap victim was seen at Barangay Candelaria, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte and was about to board on a motorized tricycle. immediately, Liloy mps informed Salug mps thru cellular phone call and initiated action by tapping the duty pnp personnel together with the augmented Philippine army and CAA in established compac situated at Barangay Kayok, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte to block and to possibly arrest the suspects and to recover the kidnap victim who were on board on a motorized tricycle together with the suspects and advised them to be vigilant and alert considering that the suspect is armed with unidentified caliber of pistol as per information received. Thereafter, alert team of Liloy Mps led by PCINSP JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO iii-oic immediately proceeded to barangay candelaria, liloy, zamboanga del norte to respond to the said report. At about 9:50 am of same date, Kayok Compac Duty Pnp personnel provided feedback to Liloy Mps that the suspects did not passed at the said compac. the team led by PCINSP JOSE FRANCISCO RIVERO III intercepted the motorized tricycle at the national highway of Barangay Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte and immediately, the PNP team maneuvered a u-turn to chase the suspects. upon reaching at the national highway of Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, while the pnp team was about to outran the motorized tricycle purposely to go on advance position, the suspect whom was armed with a pistol opened fired to the pnp team hitting the passenger side wind shield and back part of the back-to-back right side chair of the pnp marked vehicle (Mahindra) resulted to its damaged. Thereafter, the tricycle driver jumped from the tricycle and then the PNP team found a clear shot and retaliated by firing and hit the suspect. The incident happened at more or less 10:30 am of this date. Immediately, the PNP team brought the suspects as well as the kidnap victim to Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital for immediate treatment. The suspect who was later on identified as Avon Panggaga, married, 37 years old, a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Siocon, Zambaonga Del Norte was declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. the kidnap victim identified as Sitte Hanifa Sappal, female, 5 years old, a resident of Barangay Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte sustained wound on her left face and was forwarded to dipolog city hospital while the other suspect identified as Farhana Mancao Eddai, 32 years old married, a resident of Barangay Sta. Maria, Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte also sustained gunshot wound on her left arm and left part belly and later brought to liloy integrated health district hospital while the driver identified as Lauro Timtim Tejada, married, 34 years old, a resident of Mucas, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte is temporarily detained at liloy mps for proper disposition for proper disposition. recovered at the crime scene were: one (1) unit caliber .45 pistol, one (1) fragmentation grenade, one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber .45, one (1) fired cartridge case of caliber 5.56mm, one (1) unit blue motor tricycle haojue hj124-16 with plate number ja 78211, one (1) magazine of caliber .45, six ( 6) rounds of ammunition for caliber .45; and three (3) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu recovered from the worn short pants of the male suspect upon the conduct of thorough body search at the hospital. Incident Report
JOSE DALMAN - On October 28, 2016 at about 7:30 AM, Jose Dalman MPS received information about a lightning incident that transpired at Sitio Payagan, Barangay Litalip, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at more or less 5:45 am wherein the victim Narciso Gumias Calongo, 52 years old and his wife Arlene Tulido Calongo, 45 years old, all residents of said place. Immediately, elements of Jose Dalman Mps together with the personnel from RHU headed by Dr. Ellaine Jean Erfe- Municipal Health Officer proceeded thereat. Investigation disclosed that at more or less 5:45 am of same date, a strong lightning struck the coconut tree near the house of the victims, hitting Narciso Calongo who was then standing at the entrance door hitting on his chest that caused his untimely death while his wife also hit and sustained injuries. Arlene Calongo was brought to RHU located at Jose Dalman for treatment and later transferred to Zanorte Hospital
