Arrest of Wanted Person
SIOCON – The Force
Manhunt/Trackers Team of Baligiuan MPS conducted law enforcement operation in Barangay
Tibangao, Siocon at about 3:40 in the afternoon of October 4, 2016. This led to
the arrest of one Antonio Itang Tatoy, 72 years old, married, farmer and a
resident of Kilalaban, Baliguian, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by
Presiding Judge Laarni N Dajao of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon,
Zamboanga del Norte with criminal case number 2016-04-15 (1327) for violation
of section 5( b) of RA 7610 with bail fixed at P200, 000. 00. Arrested suspect was
brought to Baliguian Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
Implementation of Search Warrant for
Violation of RA 9165
LILOY - PNP personnel
of Liloy MPS l on board PNP marked vehicle and proceeded to barangay Sta Cruz,
Liloy at about 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon of October 4, 2016 purposely to
serve and effect the Search Warrant no. 029-2016 for Violation of RA 9165
against Naruddin Adzhar Hassan (Street Level Target), a resident of the
above-mentioned place, issued by Presiding Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC 9th
Judicial Region, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 27, 2016.
At about 4:45PM of same date, said PNP team returned to Liloy MPS with the
report that upon the approached of the team at the house of the suspect, the
suspect immediately recognized them and hurriedly run/escaped passing the back
portion of his house. The said team apparently chassed the suspect, but the
latter manage to escaped and disappeared.4. Despite of the escaped of the
suspect, the team continue to conduct the search and seizure operation at the
house of the suspect in the presence of barangay councilors namely Hon. Benicio
Mayola, Hon. Melvin Maratas, Hon. Diouciano A. Bulanon and Hon. Avnyll Rey Go
Gamolo and recovered six (6) pieces of small transparent plastic sachet
containing white crystalline granules believed to be “Shabu” inside the house
of the suspect. The recovered item is now under the custody of Liloy MPS and
regular filling of charges in court against the suspect was subsequently
prepared by Liloy MPS.Report on Stabbing Incident
KALAWIT
- On October 3, 2016 at about 6:20 o’clock in the evening, one Manuel Mansueto,
legal age, married and a resident of
Brgy Poblacion Kalawit ZN reported to Kalawit MPS that a stabbing
incident transpired at Barangay Poblacion, Kalawit, ZN particularly at the Mary
Grace Videoke house. Acted on the said report, PNP team of Kalawit MPS led by
SPO4 Richard Quines, MESPO proceeded at the above mentioned place. Initial investigation
conducted by PO2 Julpikal S Absari disclosed that the victim was identified as
one EDWIN DOMINGO y SEGOVIA, 31 years old, male, farmer and a resident of said
Barangay who was stabbed to death by one FRANCISCO VILLALUNA y PACUNLA, 56
years old , male, farmer and a resident of same place. Further investigation
revealed that prior to the incident the duo were having a drinking spree at
said Videoke house and a heated argument ensued between the two which resulted
to the said incident. Victim was brought to Kalawit Rural Health Center but the
attending Physician Dr. Earl Ryan Espra declared dead on arrival. After manhunt
operation was conducted by Kalawit MPS suspect was arrested and now detained at
said MPS for filing of appropriate charges in court. For information.
