Arrest of Wanted Person
MUTIA - A farmer was
arrested in his residence in Barangay San Miguel, Mutia, Zambonga Del Norte at
around 4:20 PM of October 13, 2016. Arrested was identified as Recto Buntag y
Bagatua, 40 years old, married, farmer a resident of said place. Suspect was charged
for the crime of “ Estafa” with criminal case number 21004 issued by Hon.
Cherry Joy C Concha-Ageas presiding judge of
RTC 9th Judicial Region branch 10, Dipolog City dated September 29, 2016
with bail bond amounting to sixteen thousand pesos (16,000.00) for his
temporary liberty. He is now in the custody of Mutia MPS for proper
disposition.
Arrest of Wanted Person
DIPOLOG CITY - A
26-year old man was collared by elements of Dipolog City Police Station in
Barangay Turno, Dipolog City at about 11:00 AM of October 13, 2016. Arrested
was Eric Peligrin y Banalo 26 years of old, single and a resident of said
place. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest with criminal case number 48343
for attempted homicide with bail bond recommended fixed at P12,000.00 pesos,
criminal case number Nr. 48342 for offending religious feelings with bail bond
recommended fixed at 6,000 pesos all issued by Hon. Chad Martin Paler presiding
Judge of MTCC Branch -1 Dipolog City dated June 24, 2016. He is now temporarily detained at said police
station for proper disposition.
