on Stabbing Incident
ROXAS - at about 5:50PM of Oct 01, 2016
Arcilita Tao and Edgardo Ebasitas, both resident of Brgy. Capase, Roxas, ZN
appeared and reported to Roxas MPS regarding a stabbing incident transpired at
their barangay wherein the victim was identified as Mohammad Estubeja Estino,
29 years old, married and a resident of same place who was immediately brought
to Zanorte Medical Center for medical attention. Elements of that stn led by
SPO4 Jovencio A Empeynado, proceeded to the area and at around 5:30 of same
date the suspect was arrested and identified as Edwin Beran Alam, 60 years old,
married, farmer and a resident of same place. Initial investigation disclosed
that the suspect together with his family was having a coffee break inside
their residence when suddenly the victim came and harassed them. The victim
throws a punch to the suspect but the suspect able to evade and got a knife
placed in the bench and stabbed the victim once. Motive of the incident is
personal grudge. Suspect was brought to Roxas MPS as well as the recovered

Report on Found Cadaver
LA LIBERTAD - at about 1:00 o’clock in the morning of
October 2, 2016, one Cindy Gonzaga Guiritan, 26 yo, a resident of La Victoria,
La Libertad ZN came and reported to La Libertad MPS that she saw a bloody
person lying beside the provincial road of La Victoria. La Libertad ZN
identified as later as Samuel Autida Sepe aka “Bandoy”, (drug surrenderer), 34
years old, a resident of Poblacion, La Libertad ZN.Immediately, PNP personnel
of La Libertad MPS led by SPO4 Romeo Manabat Seraña proceeded to the area to
verify the veracity of the report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed
that while the victim was walking at the aforementioned place, suddenly
unidentified suspect struck the victim on his head with a blunt object that
caused him unconscious. Victim was brought by the responding team to ZANORTE
Medical Center, Dipolog City for medical treatment but was declared dead on
arrival by the attending physician Dr. Mark Mariñas.La Libertad MPS personnel
are now conducting follow-up investigation for the identify and possible arrest

OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Report on
Apprehension of Four (4) Wanted Persons
ROXAS - at around 12:15PM of October 01, 2016
team led by DCOP, PINSP RENE B SAGAN of Roxas MPS successfully arrested and
brought to that station the following persons: (1) Rosemarie Baidiango Jumalon,
46 years old, married, (2) Angelina Ebasitas Dayday, 51 years old, married, (3)
Salome Baidiango Ebasitas, 70 years old, widow and (4) Janette Ebasitas Estino,
25 years old, married, all residents of Purok 2, Brgy Capase, Roxas, ZN, who
were arrested at about 12:15PM of same date at their residence by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Veronica C. DG-Laput, Acting Presiding Judge of MTC
Roxas, ZN docketed under Criminal Case Nr 1881 for Grave Oral Defamation dated
September 13, 2016 with recommended bail of Php6,000.00 each for their
temporary liberty. All accused were temporarily detained at Roxas MPS for
documentation and proper disposition while waiting for the commitment order.
Arrest of
Wanted Person
DAPITAN CITY - on September 30, 2016 at about 5:30 PM,
personnel of this office led by SPO1 Aldwin Tagbac, PO3 Juliuos Pelusas under
the supervision of the undersigned conducted manhunt operation at Brgy.
Mag-abo, Maluay, Zamboanguita, Dapitan City and thru the BIN of said place, the
team successfully arrested one Tirso Abenojar Dagayloan, 47 years old, male,
married and a resident of Brgy. Sinonoc, Dapitan City. The subject was included
in the weekly target acquisition. Subject person was arrested by virtue of
warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon, RTC,
9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City, Branch 7 for the crime of Frustrated Murder
dated September 20, 2016 docketed under Criminal Case Nr. 8700 with bail bond
recommended amounting to Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (Php24, 000.00) for his
temporary liberty. Subject person now temporarily detained at this office for
proper disposition.
