Rape Suspect Arrested
Dipolog City (March 24, 2019) – The PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Lobing-Ogis, Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City at about 3:00 PM of March 23, 2019.
Arrested was Pablo Sabot Allones, 40 years old and a resident of Brgy Sirongan, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge of Branch 7, RTC, 9th Judicial Region; Dipolog City dated March15, 2019 for the crime of Rape, docketed under criminal case numbers 22989 & 22990 with no bail recommended.
Arrested person is now detained at Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
Man Held for the Crime of Attempted Murder
SOCON, Zamboanga del Norte (March 24, 2019) - PNP personnel of Siocon Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt operation at the Gallera de Manuel Cockpit Arena at Brgy. Manaol, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte at about 2:35 PM of March 23, 2019.
Arrested was Wilson Morados Anti, 27 years old and a resident of Brgy Poblacion, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge of Branch 27, RTC, 9th Judicial Region dated November 8, 2018, for the crime of Attempted Murder, with Criminal Case no. 2018-11-06(1749), and bail bond amounting to Php 200,000.00.
Arrested wanted person is now detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition.
High Value Target of PDEA, Captured
Dapitan City (March 24, 2019) - Joint elements of PDEA Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Office, Regional Drugs Enforcement Unit, Dapitan City Police Station and Piñan Municipal Police Station conducted buy-bust operation at Sitio San Antonio, Brgy. Aseñero, Dapitan City and boundary Purok Daisy, Poblacion North, Piñan Zamboanga del Norte at about 11: 00 AM of March 23, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Hanah Jane Atendido y Oliveros, 22 years old, single old, a resident of Sitio San Antonio Brgy. Aseniero, Dapitan City, an active member of Selda Singko Drug Group and considered High Value Target of PDEA Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Office.
Confiscated during the operation were: Two (2) pieces small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
Confiscated non-drug evidence were: Two (2) pieces of 500 peso bill subscribed buy-bust money with serial numbers AL507880 and KT461063, One (1) transparent plastic self-sealing sachet and one (1) pc. Samsung cellphone.
Case for violation of Section 5 of Art II of RA 9165 is being prepared and the suspect was brought to Dapitan CPS for filing in court against the suspect.
Top 2 Most Wanted Person of Sindangan, Nabbed
Dapitan City (March 24, 2019) - on March 23, 2019 at about 9:30 AM, personnel of Sindangan MPS and personnel of Sindangan MPS conducted Intel driven manhunt operation at Brgy Taguilon, Dapitan City that resulted to the successful arrest of one Fernando Amamag-id Rigor, 45 years old, married, fisherman, a resident of Brgy Gampis, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte and listed as Top 2 Most Wanted Person of Sindangan.
Subject person was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Dipolog City for the crime of Frustrated Murder docketed under CC Nr s- 5640 dated February 2, 2018 with bailbond recommended amounting to Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200, 000.00).
He arrested suspect was brought to Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Rape Suspect Arrested
DIPOLOG, Zamboanga del Norte (March 24, 2019) – Police operatives of Baliguian Municipal Police Station together with Dipolog City Police Station conducted law enforcement operation at Brgy. Olingan Dipolog City at about 9:00 AM of March 23, 2019.
The operation was led to the arrest of Pising Gosobrado Chiong, 40 years old, and a resident of Brgy. Diculom, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape with Criminal Case No. L-002413 issued by Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated February 10, 2015 with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
He was brought to Baliguian MPS for proper disposition..
Fisherman Arrested for the Crime of Attempted Murder
SIOCON, Zamboanga del Norte (March 24, 2019) - Task Force Manhunt Charlie of Siocon Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt operation at Sitio Panubigan Brgy. Balagonan, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte through Intel driven operation at about 5:53 AM of March 23, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Salam Sahibad Gulam, 40 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of the Barangay Balagunan, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge RTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 30, 2016 for the crime of Attempted Murder with Criminal Case No. 742 2015-1211 (1291) with recommended bail fixed at P120,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Said accused is now detained at Siocon MPS for proper disposition.
Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Godod, Zambo Norte Arrested
GODOD, Zamboanga del Norte/ Lapu-Lapu City (March 23, 2019) – Police elements of 901st Company of RMFB9 together with Godod MPS, Intel operatives of 905th Company of RMFB9, Maritime Police Office, Cebu Intelligence Branch and Lapu-lapu City Police Office conducted joint Intel driven manhunt operation at Sitio Ibapo Barangay Mactan Lapu Lapu City, Cebu at about 5:00PM of March 22, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the arrest of Top 1 Most Wanted Person-Municipal Level identified as Rene Apawon 44 years old, married, PUJ driver, and a resident of Purok Gumamela, Brgy Situbo, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte and temporarily residing at Brgy Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City Cebu.
Subject person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Oscar D. Tomarong of RTC 9 Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte for the crimes of Murder and Frustrated Murder, docketed under Criminal Case Numbers. L-003172 L-003129 respectively.
Said accused is now under the custody of RMFB9 personnel arresting team for transport.
Shooting Incident
Dapitan City (March 24, 2019) - Shooting incident transpired at Purok Uno, Brgy Banbanan, Dapitan City at about 8:40 in the evening of March 23, 2019.
The Victim was identified as Ramil Gumahad Caste, 44 years old, married, a resident of same place while suspect was identified only as “Joram Tu-ayon”, of legal age, male, unemployed, a resident of Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City, temporarily residing at the above-named place.
Immediately, personnel of Dapitan City Police Station proceeded to the reported place to conduct investigation.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that prior to the incident, suspect boxed the younger brother of the victim identified as Ronald Caste.
Upon knowing the said incident, victim then confronted the suspect who believed to be under the influence of liquor.
The said confrontation resulted to a heated argument wherein suspect suddenly drew his caliber .45 pistol and shot the victim several times.
The Suspect then fled after the said incident. The victim sustained lone gunshot wound on the left part of his abdomen was brought to Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital, Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City for immediate medical attention and later forwarded to Zanorte Medical Center, Sicayab, Dipolog City for further medication.
Further, three (3) fired cartridges of caliber 45 and one (1) piece slipper (right pair) owned by the suspect were recovered from the crime scene.
Personnel of Dapitan CPS conducted hot pursuit operation for the possible arrest of the suspect. Motive of the incident believed to be personal grudge.
