Incident
KALAWIT,
Zamboanga Del Norte (March 26, 2019) -
Stabbing incident transpired at Purok 7, New Calamba, Kalawit, Zamboanga Del
Norte at about 9:50 PM of March 25, 2019.
The victim was identified as Remejio
Sultan Fernandez, 44 years old, farmer and a resident of Purok 7, Barangay New
Calamba, Kalawit,Zamboanga del Norte, he was stabbed by the suspect identified
as one Mario Dayaganon, 30 years old, mechanic and a resident of aforementioned
place.
That upon arrival of the responding
team to the place of incident, the victim was already rushed to Romeo B. Sibud
County Hospital for medical assistance for medical attention but was declared
declared dead on arrival by the attending Physician Dr. Pelly B. Sibud.
Victim sustained stab wound at the left
portion of his chest at about (2cm wide) and (6 cm depths) that resulted to his
instantaneous death.
The cadaver was still at the hospital
waiting for the retrieval of the immediate family while the suspect fled
onboard a red XRM motorcycle with number of plate EO 6768 heading towards
Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay. Motive of the incident believed to be personal
grudge.
Titay MPS was already informed
regarding the incident for dragnet operation.

10591 Violator Arrested
KATIPUNAN,
Zamboanga del Norte (March 27, 2019) – PNP personnel
of Katipunan Municipal Police Station and CIDG9- Zamboanga del Norte
implemented search warrant number 03-223-019.
The search warrant was issued by Judge
for violation of RA 10591 at Brgy Sinuyak, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte at
about 8:00 AM of March 26, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Beltran Duroon Lagorra, owner/possessor, 42 years old and Barangay
councilor of said place, and confiscation of one (1) unit caliber .45 pistols Imbel
M911A1 with serial number 41041, one (1) piece magazine and eight (8) pcs live
ammos.
Arrested person and seized items were in
custody of CIDG for proper disposition.
Arrest
of Wanted Person
Dipolog
City (March 26, 2019) - PNP personnel of
Dipolog City Police Station together with the personnel of CIDG and
HPG-Zamboanga del Norte conducted joint manhunt operation in Brgy Dicayas,
Dipolog City at about 10AM of March 25, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Leonardo Obille Ogoc 59 years old, married, Security Guard and a
resident of Purok Lanzones, Brgy. Dicayas, Dipolog City,
The suspect was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Rogelio D. Laquihon of RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City dated March11, 2019 for viol of Sec (5i) of RA
9262 docketed under Criminal Case Number 23000 with bail bond recommended
amounting to Seventy-Two Thousand pesos (Php72,000.00) for his temporary
liberty.
Said accused is now detained at Dipolog
CPS for proper disposition.
