Shooting Incident
DIPOLOG CITY - Shooting
incident has transpired at Quezon Avenue, Barangay Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga
Del Norte particularly in front of Miputak East Central School at about 3:46 PM
of July 17, 2017. The victim was identified as Lee Acas Gorres, of legal age,
single a resident of Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City. He was shot to death by
unidentified suspects. Dipolog CPS is still conducting follow-up operation for
the possible identity and arrest of the suspect and to determine the motive
behind the incident. Investigators-on-case is Po3 Ansel Tapales with contact

Alleged Theft Incident
DIPOLOG
CITY - Be informed that at about 9:19 o’clock in the evening of July 16, 2017,
one Ryne Bustillo y Miral, 42 years old, married and a resident of 167 Padre
Ramon Street, Estaka, Dipolog City came and reported to Dipolog CPS alleged
that his one (1) unit Japanese Mountain Bike Racer Type described as follow:
stainless steel steering handle, chrome body silver and small tube was found
missing. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that said mountain bike was
properly parked around 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at his BNB Laundry Express
located at the above-mentioned place. At around 7:00 o’clock in the evening of
same date he discovered that his bicycle was found missing and believed to be
stolen by unidentified person/s. Personnel of Dipolog CPS conducted follow-up
investigation for the identity and possible arrest of the suspect. For

Stabbing Incident
POLANCO - Be informed that
at about 11:03 o’clock in the evening of July 17, 2017 a Police Auxiliary of
Sitio Dapdap Barangay Poblacion South Police Outpost, Polanco, Z.N. reported to
Polanco MPS through cellphone call that there was a stabbing incident happened
in the above-mentioned place. Acted on the report personnel of said police
station led by SPO2 Roderick J. Baraquero, PO2 Ervin N. Velasco and PO2 Ruel G.
Creus proceeded to the said place of incident to verify the veracity of the
report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the incident happened at
about 10:50 o’clock in the evening of same date when the group of teenagers
coming from Dipolog City riding a SYM Motor Cycle and a RUSI Motor Cycle, upon
reaching Sitio Dapdap bridge situated at Poblacion South, Polanco ZN, the
two-motorcycle stopped and came into quarrel.Thereafter, the two passengers of
RUSI Motor cycle named JASON LASULA, 18 years of age, single, resident of
Labrador, Polanco ZN and RODNEY LARANJO, 24 years old, resident of
GulayonDipolog City and without any justifiable reason mauled the two passengers of the SYM Motorcycle named LORIEL RUBIA, 25
years old, single and ABEL SUAN y BELLO, 18 years old, single, both resident of
Bucana Brgy Sicayab, Dipolog City. Furthermore, when Jason Lasula and Rodney
Laranjo still mauled by punching Abel Suan, the latter then accidentally get
his swiss knife from his jacket in order to stop their evil intent he stabbed Jason
Lasula hitting in his stomach. The victim was rushed to Zanorte Medical Center
for medical treatment while the suspect voluntarily surrender himself to
Polanco MPS and now temporarily detained at said Police station for proper

RA 9262 Violator Nabbed
JOSE DALMAN - A
35-year old man was arrested by Jose Dalman MPS after he allegedly maltreated
his live-in partner at Sitio Egang, Barangay Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga
Del Norte at about 7:00 PM of July 16, 2017. The suspect was identified as Charlito
Bartonico Samorin, 35 years old; single a resident of the above-mentioned
place. The victim was identified as Erlinda Binalayo Galuyon, 36 years old,
single, also a resident of said place. Moreover, she stated that she was hacked
by the suspect hitting on her right arm and slapped her face twice. The arrested person was brought to Jose
Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
Alarm and Scandal
JOSE DALMAN - A
52-year old man was arrested by responding Jose Dalman MPS after he allegedly
got wild at Barangay Dinasan, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 5:00 PM
of July 16, 2017. Suspect was identified as Dionisio Dela Torre Ortilano, 52
years old, married a resident of the aforementioned place. He was believed to
be under the influence of intoxicating liquor got wild at the above-mentioned
place. The arrested person is temporarily detained at Jose Dalman MPS for
proper disposition.
SINDANGAN - Be informed
that on or about 12:40 o’clock early dawn of July 17, 2017, one (1) Norman
Obida y Ugdamina, 30 years old, male, Filipino, single, Nestor Ortega y
Sevilleno, 56 years old, male, Filipino, widow and Dominador Sisod y Manlayas,
44 years old, male, Filipino, all Barangay councilors of Ramon Magsaysay,
Sindangan, ZN with one (1) Barangay Tanod named EnarcisoAllejo y Torres, 58 years old, male, Filipino brought and
turned-over to Sindangan MPS the living body of ELMAR JOHN VERADIO y ESMADE, 26
years old, male,Filipino, single and a resident of Estaka,
Dipolog City who was the suspect in motor-napping incident transpired at about
11:30 o’clock in the evening of July 16, 2017 at Barangay Disud, Sindangan ZN.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that, subject person took and carted
away one (1) unit red Rouser 135, bearing plate number KX 7360 and registered
in the name of Fernando Bayon y Fabillar, 49 years old, male, Filipino, married
and a resident of DatuTangkilan, Sindangan, ZN while parked outside the
QUIN-10’S place situated at Disud, Sindangan ZN by his son named Barth Bon
Bayon y Llamera,20 years old, male, Filipino, single and a resident of same
place. Personnel of Sindangan MPS brought the suspect to Sindangan district
hospital for physical examination and now detained to said police station
pending for filing of appropriate charges in court. Further, suspect was
already sustained bruises in his face upon turned-over to above-mentioned
police station while recovered motorcycle is temporarily deposited at said
