OPERATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTS
Anti- Illegal Drugs Operation
DIPOLOG CITY – at about 9:30PM of September 28, 2016, joint elements
of Dipolog CPS Intelligence Operatives/CAIDSOTF led PSI ALEXIS M BAHUNSUA,
personnel of CIDG Zambo. Norte and PAIDSOTG led PI CARLITO C. REQUILME,
conducted a drug buy-bust operation at Purok Mahigugma-on, Magsaysay St.,
Miputak, Dipolog City, against one ANTONIO MONTES y TINAMISAN, 35 years old,
single and resident of said place. Suspect [Antonio Montes y Tinamisan] agreed
to sell one (1) sachet of shabu in exchange of Two Hundred Fifty Pesos
(P250.00) buy-bust money to PO2 Ronald C Wapelle, who posed as a Poseur Buyer.
Confiscated/recovered from the possession and control of the suspect were, five
(5) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline
granules believed to be shabu, two (2) pieces improvised needle, six (6) pieces
cut aluminum foil, one (1) piece cut paper page of notebook, two (2) pieces
disposable lighter color blue & orange, Two Hundred Fifty Peso (P250.00)
bills consisting of two (2) pieces One Hundred Peso (P100.00) bills bearing
with serial nos. HW272799, AM406855 & one (1) piece Fifty Peso (P50.00)
bill bearing with serial no. TE025121, one(1) piece brown lady shoulder bag
brand LACOSTE, one (1) piece scissor and one(1) piece big rolled aluminum foil.
Proper inventory and markings of confiscated/seized items was done at the place
of arrest in the presence of the witnesses, MR. Rosevelt D. Mondinido – Media
representative, Miss Merlinda S. Tenorio – DOJ representative, Hon. Cleofas M.
Ulla and Hon. Raymund G. Yu – both elected Barangay Official. Suspect is
temporarily detained at Dipolog City Police Station for proper disposition
while confiscated drug items were turned-over to PNP Provincial Crime
Laboratory for laboratory examination/weighing and the non-drug items were
deposited at this station for proper disposition.
Anti-illegal Drugs Operation
SIBUTAD - at about
12:30 pm of September 28, 2016, PNP team of Sibutad MPS led by SPO1 Gil M
Tobias together in coordination with the PDEA and with active support of BADAC,
conducted drug buy-bust operation at Lalab 1, Barangay Libay, Sibutad,
Zamboanga del Norte and successfully arrested one Noel Dandoy Josol, 43 yrs
old, male, single and resident of Lalab 1 Barangay Libay, Sibutad, ZDN. The
subject agreed to sell shabu to PO1 Jason C Agapay who act as pusher buyer and
handed a match box with brand RIZAL containing the following: one (1) pc small
heat- sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to
be “shabu” and two (2) small pieces of aluminum foil were given by Noel Josol y
Dandoy to PO1 Jason C Agapay in exchange of five (5) pieces one hundred peso
bill (P100.00) served as marked money with serial numbers EX737106, WF347416,
HN225957, TJ999795 and FK136050. Recovered from his possession were; five (5)
pieces one hundred peso bills (P100.00) marked money. Inventory of confiscated
items was done in the presence of Barangay Captain Hon Joseph Mejos, of Libay, Sibutad,
Zamboanga del Norte and Barangay Kagawad Hon. Joel Ontoy as elected official
representative, and media representative Miss Zorayda Eva S. Mustaril Energy
FM.DXLS 103.7. Arrested suspect was informed his constitutional rights on
dialect understand by him and was brought to Sibutad Municipal Police Station
for safekeeping and filing of appropriate charges in court for violation of
section 5, Article 11 of Republic Act 9165 known as Comprehensive Dangerous
Drugs Act of 2002. One (1) pc small heat- sealed plastic sachet containing
white crystalline substance known to be shabu as buy bust item was brought to
Prov’l Crime Laboratory, Minaog Dipolog City for laboratory examination and
initial weighing of piece of evidence including the suspect for drug test
received by PO3 Angcon MP. Other items were deposited at Sibutad MPS for court
exhibit. Subject person tagged as number 9 illegal drug watch list of this
municipality was brought to said station for proper disposition.
Serving of Search Warrant
GUTALAC - at about
9:30 AM September 28, 2016 prior to the execution of Search Warrant at Rene Boy
and Shelmie Andalop’s residence, at Brgy Tipan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte,
PO1 Remilsan B Sai, act as Poseur Buyer together with the confidential informant,
went inside the house of the couple and bought shabu in the amount of 1,000.00.
When Rene Boy Andalop handed the shabu to PO1 Sai, he and the CI left the area
and gave the signal to the waiting MAIDSOTG members that the transaction was
already done. Immediately thereafter, at about 10:00AM MAIDSOTG Team 1 led by
PI ROCHEL ESCUADRO GALO, DCOP together with the witnesses proceeded to the
house of subjects and read to them the search warrant issued by the court. As a
result, the MAIDSOTG Team recovered the following drugs and non-drugs items
from the house of Rene Boy and Shelmie Andalop: five (5) pcs of heat-sealed
transparent plastic sachet with white crystalline substance blvd to be shabu; 1
pc of one thousand peso bill as marked money; 1 unit cal .45 pistol with mag
and 4 live ammos; 1 unit cal 357 S&W Magnum with 6 live ammos; one (1)
hunting knife and one (1) heat-sealed plastic with white crystalline substance
was turn-over by poseur buyer PO1 Sai to the inventory officer. Simultaneously
at about 10:00 AM of same date MAIDSOTG Team 2 led by PCI KHISNA B ASAALI, OIC
also conducted Law Enforcement Operations (Search Warrant) against Cresencio
Galleposo Lipang Jr (TN: Francisco Retuya y Galleposo Aka “Lipang”) by virtue
of Search Warrant No. 2016-03 for Viol of Sec 11 of RA 9165; and Search Warrant
Nos. 2016-04 & 2016-05 both for Violation of Sec 2 of RA 8294 at his
residence located at Brgy Tipan, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte and rest house
located at Sitio Kapunan Dako, Brgy Bacong, Gutalac, respectively. Recovered
from the residence of aka Lipang are: 22 pcs blasting caps; 1 unit shotgun, 1
unit cal .45 pistol SN: 7451038SP; 1 unit cal .45 pistol SN: 473228; 1 unit cal
22 pistol with mag and ammo SN: 44635; 2 mags for cal .45; 37 pcs ammos for cal
45; 15 pcs cartridges for shotgun; money amounting to One hundred forty three
thousand pesos (143,000.00); two (2) pcs disposable lighter. Also recovered
from the rest house of aka Lipang are: one (1) roll of color red blasting cord;
six (6) cut color red blasting cord; three (3) pcs blasting caps; and eight (8)
big packs containing granule blvd to be blasting ingredients. During the
operation, aka “Lipang” was able to escape heading towards unknown direction
while his son Ronie Retuya, occupant of the house, was brought at this station
for further investigation and upon the advised of the Honorable Judge Jerry B
Patcho he (Ronie Retuya) was released since he is not the subject of the search
warrant. Spouses Rene Boy Andalop y Buntag, 37 yrs old (Dec 17, 1979) and
Shelmie Andalop y Tantano, 34 yrs old (October 17, 1981) were arrested and
brought to Gutalac MPS for proper disposition. Respective cases are readied for

Anti-Illegal Drugs Operation
LILOY
- at about 8:00 o’clock
in the morning of September 28, 2016, Joint teams of Liloy MPS led by PCI
ROLANDO HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO–OIC, PAIDSOTG personnel led by PI CARLITO REQUILME,
team from ZNPIB and ZNPPSC, conducted drug buy bust operation on Case Oplan
Lanzones Project no. PIB3 – 2016 – 02 dated August 31, 2016 and Search Warrant
against the High Value Target EUGENE MARK MOLOC ALAGENIO “ALIAS MACMAC” male,
27 years old, married, Jobless, Filipino, a resident of barangay Fatima, Liloy,
Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of the subject HVT on the
aforementioned place. Confiscated items from his house were the following items
to wit;a. Seven (7) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline granules believed to be ‘SHABU” (placed inside a
match box);b. two (2) pieces of cellular phone (Cherry Mobile brand color black
and white);c. one (1) piece wig color black. one (1) scissor;d. one (1)
surgical knife;e. two (2) pieces disposable lighter color blue; andf. one (1)
piece lighter MIO brand.After thorough searching together with the barangay
officials media and DOJ representative they also founda. one (1) piece rifle
grenade;b. three (3) pieces cut rolled aluminum foil; andc. five (5) pieces of
one hundred peso bill from the possession of Mr Eugene Mark Moloc Alagenio
“alias Macmac”, and four companions who were inside his residence during the
buy bust operation identified as Warlito Dela Cruz Alagenio, 51 years old,
male, married laborer by occupation, (Father of the subject), one Norlie Moloc
Alagenio, male, 19 years old, single, jobless, (Brother of the subject) and one
All-Najeyan Moloc Alagenio, male, 15 years old single, (Brother of the subject)
Nelson Dela Cruz Alagenio, 52 years old, male, Filipino welder by occupation,
(Uncle of the subject) all resident of Barangay Fatima, Liloy, Zambaonga del
Norte.The inventory of the seized illegal items was conducted in the presence
of Hon., Jerry B. Managase barangay Councilor of Fatima, Liloy, Zamboanga del
Norte, Ms. Silma D. Pactor–media representative and Mr. Sherlon Saladaga PAO
employee.All arrested persons were properly informed their constitutional
rights and anti-torture law and were brought to Liloy Integrated Health
District Hospital for medical examination. Subsequently, arrested persons as
well as the confiscated illegal items were brought to Liloy MPS for proper
